Ari is a total pro. He was able to strip my hard drive from years ago from a broken computer. I had with tons of important files and photos on it! He was able to get it all onto an external hard drive without any problem and it took less than an hour. The worst part about having trouble with your computer is when you seek help, sometimes you are treated like you don’t know anything and it can be very intimidating, at least that’s been my experience. Ari explained it all in terms I understood and it was so easy and stress free. I won’t be going to Tekserve or Genius Bar ever again! Definitely ask Ari for help on any of your computer problems, he’s the best in NYC.

Hands on, and very helpful. Ari @ Ok Computer did a house call (!), came to my apartment instead of making me go to him. no 5 hour wait at the Genius Bar.
He walked me through the steps to upgrade my MacBook Pro to a new operating system, and explained everything in layman’s terms.
