Not a good online buying experience. I bought glasses online so that I did not have to goto the store as I work really long hours. I even paid extra for 2 day shipping. But the delivery options this business set was such that I was required to take the day off and stay at home to get the package. Eventually I had to drive 15 miles to pick up the glasses from the delivery company.
When I contacted them and expressed disappointment the response was not very nice. Wont buy from here ever again.

Absolutely LUV this place!!! This is my 2nd review because I luv them so much! I’ve gone here twice for myself and I recently took my boys here for their new glasses. The selection is top of the line and the customer service is second to none! Angela, David & Christina rock; they know exactly what style works best for your face and your budget. Best part??? They take my insurance! Definitely check them out if you are in the market for new specs!

This place was a lucky find, thanks to google! They are super helpful, have a great collection, and most importantly they understand your needs and get you the best possible deal. I don’t think anyone else on the globe can match their price, quality and service. I am surprised you don’t have to stand in a line to shop here — these guys should be like a costco store with their prices, collection, and service. They even cut lenses in their own lab. I go fron NJ, pay the tolls, spend the time and still come out a winner by shopping there. If I move out I will still order from them online as they are second to none. Highly recommend to Unilocalers.

OUTSTANDING! I had mixed feelings about ordering from their website
after having read very mixed reviews. However, I did so with excellent results. On Tuesday 9/​8, a day after Labor Day, I sent an email, best way to communicate, regarding the availability of a pair of frames on the site. I needed to replace the exact frame that I had broken so I already had the lenses. Within an hour or 2 I received a confirmation that the frames were available. I placed my order on line and had an order confirmation in minutes. Within a day or 2 I then received a shipment confirmation with tracking. My perfect frames were delivered on Friday 9⁄11.

My husband ordered glasses from here after seeing their low prices online, and the glasses are fine but he’s had to make multiple trips. He got the online price at the store for an expensive pair of glasses ($ 300 instead of $ 600), but also was able to have them help him fit the glasses. He went in to pick them up, and they had the wrong length temple piece, so he had to come back the following week. A short time later, the glasses are bent inwards at the center, and he has to go in yet again to have them adjusted.

After spending countless hours visiting about 6 name brand eyeglass stores where I live in NJ to look for my first pair of glasses and leaving feeling like all were overpriced and service not very helpful, I discovered the
site and liked the assortment and prices. When I saw they had a store and called them by phone, my intuition told me to go make the trip to Brooklyn and check it out.
So glad that my intuition was right on track. From the moment I walked in, David was right on top of things. He immediately picked good selection of frames he thought would suit my face. Once we narrowed it down to the perfect one for me, my order was done and in within an hour of arriving. And, the price beat anything else for designer frames with progressive (Varilux) and (Crysal) lenses. (I have no insurance).
Since I just ordered them, I will reserve my final star for the pending arrival of the actual glasses, but so far WINNING!

I have a hard time finding glasses for my small face. They never seem to look right. I spent hours looking at different locations, but this was the only place where I managed to find glasses that fit my face perfectly. The guy at the store was really patient and didn’t look annoyed when nothing fit. Eventually, we found the Jean Lafont glasses that I wear to this day (about 4 years or so). The price was also better than the price offered online. I definitely recommend checking this place out. It’s not a huge place, but you’re sure to find something.

Came in all the way from Manhattan to shop here because it used to be a decent place. Waited a long while to get attention of the sales girl, was shown five frames that I did not like, then the girl walked away to take care of another customer seemingly annoyed. Will never shop here again, that’s not how you treat long time customers.

Awesome transaction, I purchased very high end rimless glasses from them. All the local shops in Houston were charging in the area of $ 800.00 + tax.
I made my purchase for just under $ 400.00, the same everything! How can this be beat? No one could. My Eye Doctor in Austin Texas. messed up and put the wrong calculations on my script. When I received my glasses they looked great and my eyes were blurred. I went back to my Eye Doctor and he made the correction on a new script. I called «Cool​Frames​.com» and they told me to send the glasses back with a $ 10.00 check. They were quick to replace my eye glass and get them out to me in a few days.
CoolFrames have been OUTSTANDING and I recommend them for Professionalism and Big Savings.
