Chase of NY Standard Realty has been great to work with. He organized an impeccably-​timed viewing session for me over the course of one afternoon during which he showed me several apartments, and at each stop he carefully listened to my feedback and adjusted the rest of our viewings accordingly. He prepped me in advance with what materials I would need for the application process so we could move quickly, and when the time came to submit and process the application and complete the lease signing he was responsive and completely reliable. Chase also checked in with me after the lease signing was completed to make sure I got what I needed. He is thoughtful and professional, and he has my highest recommendation.

Chase responded to me quickly when I wanted to see a potentially amazing apartment in Prospect Park South. When I arrived at the apartment, there was another man there to look at the same place. Chase kindly asked the man if I could look at it first, and the second I walked in I knew I had to have it!
Chase’s assistant took me to the realtor’s office and I got started on the paperwork. Good thing, because the other man that came to see the place also applied for it, but technically I was first in line. The process was a little rocky because it was under a management company that wasn’t very reliable, but Chase’s secretary Sandra stayed in contact with me to update me on the process.
After all was said and done and I had moved it, Chase contacted me about 2 months later to tell me that my rent had actually been lowered — which I never thought was possible in NYC real estate! I was ecstatic. It was a fine experience working with NY Standard Realty and I’m very happy with my new apartment.
