Came into NY&Co this weekend to exchange a couple items I had recently ordered online. At 10am on a Saturday morning the place was basically empty but the lack of crowds allowed me to wander the store freely and get some undivided attention from the staff. One employee in particular came over as soon as I entered to offer assistance. When I explained I wanted to exchange for a different size he circled the store and proceeded to find the correct size for me.
After a few minutes he came back to the counter with 2 of the 3 pairs I needed but told me he’d be able to order via the website and have them shipped to me at no cost. I love it when stores do that!
No complaints at all about this NY&Co location.
+ Well stocked shelves and racks.
+ Clean and nicely lit dressing rooms.
+ Such nice staff.
I’ll totally be back next time my work wardrobe is in need of a little update.
