This is a review for the gel manicure and regular pedicure. Although this place is called Spice Nails on Unilocal,at the actual location the awning says Blink Nails. I first did a pedicure. The chairs have massagers in them and I chose back mode. Perhaps it was an alignment of the stars, but it hit this one area of my back that was so sore and it felt really good. The water in the footbath could’ve been hotter and the jets could’ve been stronger, but that was okay. I was very pleased to see them take out new foot buffers nail files which means they are sanitary! Then came the gel manicure. It was my first time getting a gel mani and I was very pleased to see a LED light vs UV as I’ve read unfavorable things about LED before. Put your hand under the really warm light… beep beep beep, done. I’m pretty satisfied with the print job, there were no bubbles and the nails are hard and glossy. One thing that did happen was while my manicurist was cleaning up my cuticles she did make me bleed but it’s not the first time that has happened to me at a manicure. All in all pretty solid. Cash is preferable payment, if you pay credit card they will charge you a tax. Keep your Benjamins at home because there was a sign that says they do not give change for that.

This review is only for the eyebrow and lip waxing. I believe the eyebrow wax is $ 5 and the lip is $ 6 or maybe I have it backwards. Anyhoo, Annie does an AMAZING job on my eyebrows! Love, love, love. There’s also another girl who sits next to Annie who is great, and one other girl who is just average. Basically, if you go there for an eyebrow wax, just ask for Annie. Lip wax is a lip wax… not much to say there. The name on their business card, and the sign on the awning, says«Blink Nails,» btw. They also do mani/pedis but I haven’t been there for any other services yet.
