New King’s Fruit

New owners. The produce is a bit more expensive than nearby shops, but the goods are usually go higher quality. With he old owners, the quality was MUCH better than everyone else’s, now they’re just marginally better. They’ve tried on several occasions to add a deli and hot food counter, to no avail. Stick o what you do best… produce, Flowers and a limited variety of groceries.

Under new managment. Good bread, good fruits, nice staff. Never been cheated there, never felt cheated. Like the place.

The name on the awning is King’s Fruit. I buy certain things here periodically. Clean store. I shop organic.

Expensive… But Big enough for a 24-​hour grocery!
Oh, did I mention that it even has my favourite chocolate brand– Ritter Sport? I didn’t see any other shops selling Ritter Sport nearby.

This is a memo for King’s Farm (that’s not actually a Farm).
Thank you for being open ²⁴⁄₇! I don’t know how many stumbling drunken nights, I’ve ventured into your fruit stand to purchase much needed Whole Wheat Bread, Eggs, Organic Peanut Butter, Apricots, Water, and of course Berries! Thank you for being open at all hours of the night (2:00am, 3:00am, 4:00am)! You make grocery shopping for the inebriated saunter a much required activity prior to a trip to dormancy.
Alright, this is my go to market for Fresh Fruits, Vegetables, and all essential elements, with the exception of Meats & Seafood.
I venture to this store at least 3 times to week to pick up various items like the following…
— Romaine Lettuce
— Red Onions
— Whole Wheat Bread
— Jumbo Eggs
— Organic Tofu
— Organic Peanut Butter
— Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, & Blackberries
I find that this establishment has the freshest and highest quality products of any of the local fruit and vegetable stands from Flatbush Avenue to McDonald Avenue. All of the greens are temperature controlled to ensure the integrity of the offers. What I enjoy most about this store is that they consistently keep the Organic Peanut Butter in stock (even though I’m the only person that buys it).
I’d recommend no other fruit and vegetable stand when near my territory. All others look to sell inferior products. And although a lesser price is offered, nothing can beat quality and freshness.
