I’ve used this car service countless times in Brooklyn. I tell them what I’m willing to pay to go somewhere and they are usually willing to take me for that price. The drivers have never made me feel like they weren’t driving safely or taking the best route. In fact, I’ve gotten places much quicker than I’ve expected using them. Literally, they are my go to car service. I keep their number in my phone. They’re polite on the phone, and get the car there when you need it. Can’t really find anything bad to say about them. I believe their location changed recently however.

Just lost a ten year long customer. I hope über closes them down. I waited 25 minutes after being told 5. I tried to call and cancel, and was hung up on. Best avoid business owners who don’t value courtesy.
