Mobilia Furniture

Finding parking here is a nightmare. There is only street parking and the store is located on a busy street with lots of surrounding stores.
I went here on Sunday and walked through the ENTIRE store, went in to EVERY showroom and made all my decisions before getting help from any of the show room «experts»
When I was finally asked if I needed assistance the representative didn’t look at all enthusiastic. I got more information and knew more information from their website than the representative.
When the person helping me found out I was an Internet lead they stopped helping me immediately and moved along to the next person. I assumed that was because they knew they weren’t getting comission.
The store is freezing cold and smells like cigarettes toward the back.
On the other hand, the furniture is beautiful. They have a wide variety and their prices are decent. They have ALOT of accent pieces and very unique dining sets.
This is jot your typical raymour or Ashley nor is it a high end place but it’s items are very quality and very pretty. They offer delivery and set up for just $ 75 which is WA less than the chain stores they also allow you to pick up your own merchandise withing 3 days.
At checkout the woman who handles the accounting is very friendly, nice and interested in what you’re shipping for.
I’d definitely go back here or utilize their online shopping but I do hope their customer service improves.

I stopped in because I was having trouble finding quality furniture for my small living room. Every store I went to had the same tired looking furniture with low quality… The store is larger than it looks from the outside and a lot better looking inside the store because the outside of the store looks unattractive. Trust me don’t be fooled by the stores exterior, the inside is a great surprise and you won’t be disappointed. Anyway, I must have driven by their old school sign a thousand times and I must admit, I wasn’t crazy about the location but decided to take a look at the store. The store is huge and it is like a one stop shop. My salesman Phil, was great, after browsing for a while, he sat down and showed me some catalog’s for ideas and helped me accessorize with lamps and a vase. Because I have such a small space for a sectional, I had to purchase from a catalog but I wish I could of purchased the Italian leather sectional I saw on their showroom display but until I move to a larger place and get a huge raise, I will dream about that sectional (sigh). Anyway, it’s a great store to browse and find furniture.
I normally hate having a salesperson assist me but in this store, I wanted Phil by my side because the store is so big and there were so many sections that I needed guidance. The store is pretty cool made up of every style of furniture you can think of. I didn’t like everything I saw such as a 4 foot gold panther statue (super tack) but I did find lots of pieces I did like. They have modern, French provincial, traditional, you name it by different artists and manufacturers and selling just about everything from furniture, chandeliers, vases, paintings etc. Prices vary greatly so you may find a bargain at one section and things that are priced higher at another.
When I get in the market for other furniture pieces I’ll be back. I agree with the other Unilocal review, for the selection, availability, service and the prices you have to check this place out.
