Really shoddy work and terrible customer service. ConEd inspected their work and deemed it unfit. Impossible to resolve issues over the phone with extremely rude staff. Multiple cancelled appointments, sometimes without alerting me they were not coming.

After installing a new boiler that resulted in problems, Metropolitan never returned my calls, but did take time to post a response online stating that there was a valve problem that he blamed on me. I had another plumber come and it’s not the valves at all. This plumber suggested that Metropolitan didn’t follow standard procedures in the installation.
My original review was removed. I believe that this is precisely the information that Unilocal users are looking for.
