Metro PCS

This is the First Metro pcs store where I had quality customer service. They really made me feel like a winner. Both reps. Ana and Milton are just great at it. They do their best at helping a customer with outstanding service. Today, I went to pay with no much time to even complain about my cell phone camera not working. Somehow, Ana had read my mind, she took the payment and in the sweetest voice, she ask «how is your phone, is everything working fine?» I was just shock, people usually just don’t care. «the camera doesn’t work» I said. She took her time and said let me look at it. Because of my insurance, she offered me a brand NEW phone for the cost of $ 21.00 sweet deal !!! I just didn’t want to pay the $ 85.00 insurance cost I had paid in the past for a new phone.
Happily I paid the $ 21.00 and just got to wait for my new cell ! can’t get any better.
To have that great customer service experience in my hood, is Aaamazing!
