Worst customer service and service i have ever received. First time i brought my car to get fixed due to an accident after getting it repaired i noticed the back seats were dirty. but whatever i decided not to pursue…
3rd time i called in to order a hub cap. the guy on the phone got annoyed with me and asked me why i was calling so many times. In which i explained to him i am calling on behalf of my sister who lives out of state. He then asked me «what do you want? do you want to order it or not?» I told him i did. he then told me he will call me as soon as he gets the part. Which might take a day or 2. its been 2 WEEKS and i have yet to get a call from him. His attitude was unprofessional and their services werent even all that great. Never will i ever bring my car back there ever again.
BE WARNED. UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE SERVICES.
