I’m not a fast food frequent type of person, at least not in the past 10 years. But I came across Facebook add which said free sandwich for signing up to their app. I was like why not, usually I wouldn’t buy anything there cause I associate mcdonalds and Burger King to be horrible in terms of good quality and service. But in any case, downloaded the app noticed that there is a coupon for a free sandwich so I decided to give it a try. Went in, since there is a mcdonalds establishment few mins away from my work stood in line for about 5 mins. Time to order, they tell me they don’t accept coupons because machine that does was removed. I just left, not because I was cheap and didn’t want to pay for the sandwich but because I now see it as a bait and switch type of crap. Never again!

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Employees don’t look happy and giving attitude the food is inedible wasn’t really happy on my Lunch break u expect to eat well to go back to work but now I’m just disappointed and lost appetite. Never coming back to this McDonald’s for sure. Fries taste like if they was sitting for literally 24 hours. Thumbs down!!!

My review is based on the customer service and cleanliness. The cashier I had was so rude. She was yelling, rolling her eyes and having an attitude the whole time. She looked very annoyed and that she didn’t want to be there, and we were a nuisance to her. The tables had food, ketchup and napkins all over them and there was trash all over the floor.

Food is delicious, But workers are not nice to customers, they talk to you the way like you are eating for free! McDonalds has to take pretty and nice talking people for work!

I have a pretty low opinion McDonald’s to begin with. I think their food is poison and they need to pay their employees more. That said, I found myself here at 5:15am on a Sunday morning/Saturday night. Suffice to say they didn’t have their A-Team staffed at the time but the service was so bad it was actually funny. I stepped up to the counter to order. I gave the girl my order and she just blankly stared at her screen, wordlessly avoiding any eye contact with me. The women standing to her left repeated exactly what I said, verbatim, to which the cashier responded by hitting some keys. When the amount of money I owed showed up on the screen in front of me, the cashier turned her gaze to the wall until I paid. Yea, I get it, being a McDonald’s cashier sucks, but if you’re going to do a job do it well. There’s no reason to be rude af. It’s experiences like these that will make me not give a shit when her menial job is replaced by a machine. To wrap this up — hey McDonald’s: pay your people more. Maybe if you toss them few more dollars an hour they’ll put more effort into doing their jobs well.

Made an account just to review this place. I’m fairly certain this location gave me food poisoning; or something damn close to it. I had stomach issues just hours later. This lead to a fever, headache, nausea, chills, etc. It went away after just over 24 hours. It seemed okay when I was there. But considering the result I would never go back.

Ugh… If you really need to, go for it. No joy to be had here however, brace yourself for sawdust fries and dried out pickles — this place is best summed up by a ringing endorsment known as «meh…»

My review is not based on the food, because it is McDonalds after all, I do not expect Peter Luger’s quality in meats or anything else for that matter, but my review is based on the service and staff. I came here last night after my basketball game to get a quick bite. I saw an advertisement for two Big Mac’s for $ 5, I decided to help myself. I have been to this McDonalds many times, it is usually fairly crowded and a bit dingy, but I went anyway since it was late and I did not expect many people to be inside. Upon entry, a customer is arguing with the staff about wanting his money back, I mind my own business, but it seemed his argument was against the whole staff and it took a few minutes before I was helped. The manager comes to find out what is going on and it turns out, he wanted a new order because he saw an employee put old fries back in with the new fries. I guess he had a decent argument, but he was a bit over the top. Anyhow, the manager was talking down to the employee for what she did, another employee had a smirk and she asked her why she was laughing. The employee was rather dismissive and she told her to clock out, then told her not to come in for the week, ultimately, she decided she was terminated and not to return at all and go clock out right now. This was extremely unprofessional behavior, BUT, once again, this is McDoanlds after all. Lastly, in the midst of the commotion, I had the nerve to ask to use the bathroom. The girl at the register is clueless as to the whereabouts of the bathroom key and basically ignores me and tells me to ask the manager. The manager is screaming accross the restaurant for a worker to open the bathroom. What a nightmare, McDoanlds treat your employees with some respect and hire some employees who understand the idea of customer service!

When your cashier calls next while looking at you and you’re walking up to him. It’s his job to tell the rude lady that jumps the lime out of nowhere and starts order to wait her turn. I can’t with you hoodrats. But I cannot even more when you’re working like you get commission for every burger.

Today I came in here after dealing with the NYPD property unit for over 3 hours. I ordered the Southwest salad with grilled chicken and a medium Sprite. It took about 5 minutes to get my food put in the bag. The salad contained black beans, corn kernels, carrots which were thinly sliced, a variety of lettuces including Romaine and red leaf lettuce topped with grilled chiken and thinly sliced fried corn tortilla strips. It came with Paul Newman’s Southwest dressing which was spicy.

It is unfortunate any review at least generates a star automaticly while this sort of site never deserves even one. In a way, this provides good data to see how people’s minds are wrecked by poverty and un(–der?)education. Yeah, all I mean is ‘can’t get any lower. This is not for people. Animals. Mc Zoo.‘ It is entirely my fault to set my foot on the site. But once in a while I need a field trip at my own risk. They never fail to live up to your expectation if you need data for sociology or anthropology. So I had to balance if it would be really worth when I was not sure if it took about 15 – 20 mins to get one snack wrap to go. The result – the wrap came out too cold when I felt it in the bag that the animalstress pushed back in the most hostile manner in any service industries despite that I had already asked to heat it adequately. I had to ask another Madame Animal to heat it up again. You can’t blame me if it is really backed up that nothing really communicates to them unless someone raises one’s voice or brings it into a brawl. I don’t believe any of those ghetto etiquettes, though. So I respectfully but firmly returned the wrap to have it heated more sufficiently. After a heated discussion on the cold wrap from my side, the McZoonald and another customer who was participating in it, the hearing was accepted and the wrap was taken back to be heated, to come back completely soggy afterwards. I was sad not because the wrap was not up to par – I knew this would not be and it was never a big deal for this was a social experiment that i needed – but because these people are too much of retarded. The BIG McDonald’s corporate runs because it rip off these stupid employees for lowest wages and sell these junk to also people who don’t know any better than this. Such a good field trip I had I don’t need another for a couple of years.

Is this McDonald’s, conveniently and fortuitously located at 420 Fulton Street, the nicest McDonald’s in this fair city? By no means. If you want to consume your pink slime, pressed chicken sponges, modern marvel of restructured meat on a bun, and high fructose corn syrup on clean tables and require piano accompaniment amid the cacophony and chaos, head to the grand two story McDo located on Broadway in Fidi. Is this McDonald’s anywhere nearly as bad as 2⁄3 of the previous reviewers would lead you to believe? Not by a long shot. I came here with the sole mission of purchasing a Kawaii Hello Kitty Happy Meal toy, which I was promptly served for a mere $ 1.95. The cashier was pleasant, and my transaction was most efficient. The fries were certainly up to par – piping hot, crispy, and perfectly salted. The Fixins bar looked well-maintained, and the customers were a mix of white collars, students, and locals, a veritable cross section of the demographics in the evolving landscape of downtown Brooklyn.

I hate this place. I went to LIU, and this was the«go to» spot since everything else was typically closed. The food was always made disgustingly. The people working there are unethical. It’s a waste of money coming here, yet it’s always packed in the day time. One girl even served my friend a Big Mac with NOMEAT(Two Times). Screw this place. Avoid at ALLCOST.

It’s a McDonald’s not much to be said about the food. Service on the other hand is pretty bad. Either they don’t pay attention to you when you order or just decide not fill up the container of fries and just give you a large fry container. I only go because it’s close to my school and it’s something different from Burger King and Wendy’s while being within that price range. Dollar Menus or whatever is close to a dollar; school is pretty expensive. Everytime I go there’s always a line and is very unorganized. It’s seems as though many of the customers don’t understand the concept of a line at each open register. They all crowd around the middle two while the side registers are open and instructing customers to order there. Some of the cashiers have attitude control issues, not welcoming at all. From what I have seen the place is clean so it’s not all that bad at least in comparison with the other fast food establishments in the area.

I remember studying McDonald in sociology class. Isn’t it amazing how even people always know what to do when they are at a fast-food counter? Order meal, side, drink. They should also study McDonald in economics. It’s like a starbucks but with lower average income level. People go there to eat, gather, and in my case, wait for a friend to get home but hang out in a public(safe) place. The lady who cleans the place was amazing. It’s spotless. She would clean the table off the minute someone left. Too bad the cashiers upstairs don’t share her diligence. It’s confusing and painfully slow. Still, it’s a place where people can go, and for the neighborhood, it’s all right.
