Mc Donald’s

Without question the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have lived in this location of Brooklyn for almost 3 years and I have gone into this McDonald’s about 10 – 12 times total. It is usually out of desperation, or a late night urge for something sweet like a shake or whatever.
Let me explain that what I am about to say is not me just being mean or angry about a particular thing. This neighborhood is horrible to begin with and many of the people are the lowest of the low, so it’s kind of a full circle explanation as to why this particular store is such a nightmare. If the customers are disgusting rude ignorant jerks, it makes sense that the staff will be the same.
The lines are always long. The people who work there are honestly the least educated and polite people you will ever encounter at an actual business. The girls working the counter are very big and slow, and the slender girls are also very slow. They staff doesn’t seem to have the ability to process more than one thing at a time and there is zero effort to actually give customer service or reduce the line.
If you see things happening that defy logic and you think it’s something that you must point out to the manager, especially at night, well there is no need to waste your time. The large man with dreadlocks in his hair who I am assuming is the manager at night sees everything and does nothing. He does not intervene in any confrontation, or check any employee when they are insulting and being nasty to customers.
In most cases he is leaning on something and talking to his friends.
There is another manager who looks like the type of guy who gets things done, he had a bald head, but he also just stands behind the counter and watches as absolutely nothing gets done and the line continues to grow.
The location is open for about 22 hours and during that time there are grungey, homeless looking street people that just lounge around there all day. Many are sleeping others are changing their kids diapers and others are actually eating.
The customers are awful, rude, and classless, and they have no concept on how to speak to people or behave. Like I said earlier. It’s basically a circle effect for this spot. Nasty awful, low brow client base, and a rude, unpleasant lazy staff that hates every minute of their working existence.
I highly recommend you avoid this particular location if you can. There is nothing there worth eating, and the treatment is so bad you won’t believe it’s actually happening to you. To make things worse, the people standing in line are so very unpleasant so there is no reason to be there.
