Horrible Experience
After an initial mix up with scheduling I rescheduled and used Mazal Tov Movers. I was thrilled to hire what I thought was a reputable company. What a costly mistake!!! I regret ever using this company. The leader of my crew had a terrible attitude. He was sarcastic, rude, making strange remarks and was belligerent the entire day. It was a very tense and uncomfortable situation the all day!!! The crew was so slow they wasted tons of time, broke many items including pictures, furniture mirrors and damaged my walls. Many items were taken apart unnecessarily and the crew was unable to get the back together. When I brought a friend over to help with the broken furniture they wouldn’t talk to him and became overtly hostile. There was hundreds of dollars of hidden charges in the end, and the leader AGGRESSIVELY demanded almost a thousand dollars in tips. I am shocked that this company stays in business. Please beware
