I’m ONLY even giving this more than 1 star because:
1) They’re the only place in Williamsburg that does acrylic nails. (most places in the area do natural nails only), and
2) Their prices are great, especially for the area.
($ 14 Acrylic fill, $ 20 for Acrylic full set, 5 for eyebrow wax)
Unless you have 3 hours to waste DO NOT come here. They’re slow, barely acknowledge you, they like to forget who was next and allow people in their chair that clearly just walked in, and they’re under staffed. They let people keep piling in to wait and say «10 minute wait – just 10 more minutes» than an hour goes by and you’re stuck waiting and waiting.

I come here whenever I’m in Brooklyn and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and the service is great. Isn’t pricy either. The staff is friendly and greet you with all smiles, I personally always go to May to do my pedi and mani, she is the sweetest and gives a great massage. On top of that they are clean and it smells fresh once you walk in. Will always come back when I’m in town!

Everyone here was great from the minute I walked in. Very friendly and attentive! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure– only $ 32! Mae was amazing and took her time. It’s very hard to find a manicurist that files your nails they way you say to AND gets the gel polish all the way to the cuticle. Great pedicure, great manicure. Overall very happy. It’s not a spa, but I didn’t expect one. I wanted an affordable, clean salon and I got one. Also, you can put the tip on your card which is a huge plus for me.

The most thorough wax I have ever gotten. I am a regular client here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve also gotten a manicure here that lasted for a week before chipping!

I got a groupon for a mani and pedi it was $ 17 not worth the groupon because when I got here I was told the mani and pedi is $ 18 so I basically didn’t save anything because with the groupon you have to pay $ 1 tax upon arrival so technically I’m paying the regular price.
On a good note this place is clean the staff are very nice and they don’t rush through the mani and pedi like most places do when they know you used a groupon. So the service is great!
But if you’re wondering why I gave 3 stars well it’s because their color selection sucks. The nail polish is what makes a mani and pedi so they need to upgrade. The bottles were very old, some were dried out and just not many to choose from.
So for that reason I won’t be returning.

I bought a groupon for 3 mani/​pedis for 47 $ and was excited to see that it was so close to me! The place is your typical nail salon, no frills, there’s a waxing room as well.
The groupon said by appointment only but they never answer their phone, I must have called like 10 times before giving up and going in person to make the appointment.
Their nail colors are a good selection, the usual; OPI, Essie, etc.
My technician was nice and helped me out right away. The only down side was that my manicure chipped by the next morning… Lame.
Also, prepare to keep your jackets on through out your time there, it’s freeeeezing! It took away from my experience as I was shivering and my feet were frozen. I think I’ll have to wait until it’s warmer to use the other half of my groupon there.
