I can’t say that I’ll go back to this salon. It’s not the place for my hair type. My hair is long, natural, curly and thick. Yes they were able to straighten it, however, they put so much oil in my hair that it clumped together. I was very sad when I walked out.
In addition, I called prior to going and they told me $ 15 for a wash & set with a blow out. However, when I arrived the price doubled, on top of that they asked me to pay first.
For now I will stick to my spot all the way in the LES, Dolores hair salon. I live in Brooklyn so I hoped to find an affordable salon in BK. If I had made the extra trip to the city today I wouldn’t feel as if I just wasted $ 30 and 3 hours of my day.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and have never had 1 bad experience here! I love all of the beauticians, Million, Yuemi, Daisy and Rose angel! They are great and never fails to get the job done, they are my to go place whenever I need my hair done

I’ve been going to Noemi since 2005 and her salon is the best. I’ve lived in Hoboken, Brooklyn and Queens and no one takes care of me better. She is an expert at color and stays on total trend. If she’s not there, I can trust that Milly, Rosangel, Daysi or Juemi will take care of me. She also has another location in Brownsville. Noemi started by cutting the perm out of my hair, encouraging me to go totally natural. This salon emphasizes hair health which is rare to find these day. Sabrina is right… your hair will be perfection everytime!

First time here today since the salon I go to is closed on Sundays.
I must say I like the vibe of this salon, and their stylists. But, boy do they use a lot of heat! — there really is no need for a blow out once you get done under the dryer.
