Maimonides Pediatric & Family Dentistry Center

I can’t say enough! In looking for a Pediatric dentist I first went to one on Ocean Ave. My then 4 & 5 year saw Dr. Kaufman who recommended my 5 year old have a total of 12 caps put on his teeth because he had no enamel, mind you he had no cavities. He planned to sedate him so we were to go to an affiliated hospital. When we were set to leave he quickly looked at my daughters X-​ray and said she needed a filling and it would cost 100 $ for nitrous oxide. Of course things fell apart quickly and I began searching for a pediatric dentist who took my insurance. Enters Maimonides Pediatric dentistry. The office is clean, the receptionist are helpful and most of all Dr. Ayanna and her assistant were amazing with my children ages 2 – 17 believe it or not they look forward to going back. Also my 4 yr old didn’t have a cavity and they just advised me to ensure my son brushed thoroughly to prevent tooth decay. Seriously you have so many Drs to choose from you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent doctors and practice. i hghly recommend them especially for parents with special needs children… Dr. Katz is AMAZING!!! love them all from the doctors, reception, nurses… its so child friendly and i am overjoyed to have found them :)
