This A/​V installer, Louis Baldaccini, is great. He immediately responded to my voicemail, showed up on time, and totally revamped my A/​V system. He cleaned up my tangled mess of wires and cables, hardwired my XM radio into the system, connected my new plasma tv and Tivo, rewired the surround sound, and checked to make sure everything worked properly. He was very pleasant and polite and answered all my questions. His price was reasonable and I will have him come back to hook up my new receiver.
