This is my favourite coffee shop in the neighbourhood! The baristas are friendly, the capuccinos are great and consistent. I keep coming here day in and day out because I know I’ll get a friendly smile, a great cappuccino and a fair price. As a regular espresso drinker — I approve :)

Delicious coffee that’s not bitter nor too acidic that it hurts my tummy… it’s a winner! I got their café latte since I was feeling foamy… it’s probably one of the few coffees I drank so fast and enjoyed every moment! It’s pretty busy and crowded here so definitely stop by and get something to go!

This is a nieghborhood gem. Because of Starbucks overall inablilty to follow through with great customer service(friendliness, cordialness, and respect) and recycling, you learn to appreciate and SUPPORT your local mom and pop businesses. This coffee shop handles each customer like a true community and engagement. It is kid-friendly, and is very kind and very personable to every customer that walks in. They offer ‘Dough’ via Brooklyn donuts, muffins, and other pastries. My favorite drink is the Iced Maple Latte, all year round. You also have the option of accumulating stamps to recieve your tenth coffee on the house. Although I would encourage them to implement recycling of paper, plastics, compost goods, and etc, in compliance w/our(Park Slope) neighborhoods guidelines, everything else falls into place with coziness, friendliness, and a positive atmosphere to hang out and kick it on your own, w/family or friends.

Everything you want in your neighborhood coffee shop: delicious coffee; friendly, efficient staff that are happy to make your order exactly the way you want it(and get it right); a comfortable, appealing spot to linger in, with good music(at an appropriate volume level…) in the background.

I used to go here. But no longer. As a person who lived in Sweden for some years, this is huge disappointment. Nothing is like Swedish coffee shop except they have the flag.

English breakfast tea with gf coconut banana mango muffin. The tea was OK and the muffin was great. If you just want a hot drink and a decent pastry you’ll enjoy this place. I spent a week in Sweden a few months ago and adored their little coffee shops. Best cakes I’ve ever eaten in my life came from these places, and that includes all those years before I was gluten free. So when I found out there was a Swedish coffee chain I was really excited for this. But having your tea or coffee in a place full of people tapping away on MacBooks isn’t that exciting. And there were no Swedish style pastries on offer that were gluten free, which is what I really wanted. I’m also a sucker for places that use china, even if it’s your standard cafeteria off whites. Konditori uses disposable cups for people eating in, which makes the experience feel less like fika and more like fast food.

I’m always greeted by these awesome people at Konditori. They make my day every time I come in. Love you guys.

On the evening of Sunday November 1st, my partner and I came in with our service dog. The barista, a woman with reddish hair in a ponytail and glasses refused to serve us and was extremely rude. We explained the law to us and she refused still and got ruder. We explained that it was a violation of federal disability law and she didn’t care.

The rudest barista you will ever find in park slope. Very unwelcoming, cold and just plain rude! What a shame, it’s so close to where I live and they have decent coffee but never again. Unless you want to have your mood ruined by a bitchy worker, don’t come here!

I honestly don’t know if I should be rating the coffee or the service!!! Well, since they treated me so rudely I think I’ll rate the service, which is unfortunate, since the coffee was pretty darn good. I’m on vacation. I get it. I’m not a regular at your coffee shop. I don’t know what your intricacies are or your specific menu. I just want my wet cappuccino made with non-fat milk and add an equal please. One for me and one for my hubby who’s in the car. And a drink for my sister and niece. And a pastry. So yes, I’d like to spend $ 18 on this Tuesday morning when there aren’t more than a couple other patrons in your coffee house. Oh, and one more thing, because, like I said, I’m not a regular, could you maybe not make me feel like a total jerk because I don’t know your menu and that asking for a larger drink than«the way it comes» is apparently blasphemous? I have been in customer service most of my life, and never been made to feel so stupid or difficult. I don’t know if the female barista making my coffee was having a rough day, or had some dental work done, or maybe had just been treated poorly by a customer, but if she had, she certainly didn’t need to re-direct that at me. And to top it off, she made my sister’s and niece’s drinks with a pretty heart and flower, and mine, I’m assuming as a big«eff you lady for asking for a larger size» she made with an ugly blob that I’m pretty sure resembles her heart. She was nice enough to tell me where to get my sweetener, though she didn’t offer to put it in my drink if I’d have handed it to her. Seriously. So, if you’re a tourist, and you want a pretty good cup of coffee with a ton of jerky attitude, this place fits that description.

The coffee still stays the same – pretty good – but I don’t get why all the employees who work there are so rude and elitist. Come on, you’re a barista and at a sub-part coffee shop… get off your hipster high horse! What even blows my mind, though, regardless of the Brooklyn location you go to Konditori, all the managers are like this(have had some nice regular employees there). I know personally this has turned off a number of my friends from going there. Might as well spend our money at a number of other good coffee shops with nice employees in the neighborhood(Café Grumpy, Bien Cuit, etc.). The owners should really look into this and talk with their management staff.

This little coffee shop is to die for. Swedish roast coffee is perfect for a the medium roast lovers out there, though they have plenty of options. I had a blueberry banana muffin that will change your life. I was delighted that they had soy milk for the coffee! Only down side is the seating area is cramped, so don’t expect to spread out and lounge during breakfast.

I like this place a lot and go here often, as it’s near my house. The service is friendly and the coffee is decent. The baked goods that I’ve had have been tasty. That said, there are SOMANY flies at the milk/sugar/lids station. I don’t know why the manager doesn’t just hang up fly paper or something. It’s pretty gross. I suppose it hasn’t stopped me from going here but I know that having filth flies around is a health code violation, so it’s surprising that the establishment seems to have made no effort to do anything about them.

I am obsessed with Konditori after trying it on a whim one weekend. The 7th Ave and 5th Ave locations have slightly different menus, but I like to order the iced maple latte at the 5th Ave location. They also have a bunch of delicious-looking baked goods that always seem fresh — there’s cookies galore in their glass jars, and they source the goodies from local makers. Love love love Konditori and can’t recommend highly enough.

Adorable coffee shop on a busy stretch of 5th ave. This is definitely a great spot to stop in for a caffeine boost after a day of window shopping, post up with some work, or chat with friends or a coffee date. Konditori has many different delicious looking sugary treats to choose from(not sure about about real food). And, added bonus, they are on Cups! The only thing pushing me to four stars instead of five is that the chai tea latte was too too weak. The coffee smelled great though, so I know what to try next time :)

The coffee was fine, but the two girls behind the counter were miserable. One even wears a «Brooklyn» hat, just to let you know how Brooklyn she is. I think they believe they are doing you a favor when you pay for coffee… Wipe the Brooklyn off of your face and try to be pleasant.

Been here a few times now and will likely head back several more. I really like the Swedish coffee — this is all I get as I am not into the more complicated stuff :). I’ve gotten some work done here — its definitely a small space — that hasn’t been a major issue for me though. They have good WIFI, several outlets in a couple locations and good service. I believe refills on coffee are $ 1 — not too bad a deal.

Not a big coffee drinker but I have to say it’s definitely the best coffee I’ve ever had! They make the temperature perfect so you don’t have to wait five minutes before your first sip, not too hot, not too cold, and the taste is very smooth. They also offer free wifi and the shop is cute and welcoming!
