Kings Dentistry

Let’s start with the front desk staff… totally rude unprofessional, they gossip about patients, the dentists barely introduce themselves, they don’t answer your questions and just brush you off. Give you a run around. The only nice person I encountered was the young lady that took my X-​Rays. She was very nice and professional. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I hope she finds a better place to work. But then again they need people like her to bring a little sunshine down there in the sea of idiocy, incompetence, gossip and rudeness at Kings Dentistry. It should be called Jokers Dentistry. I read bad reviews about them before I went to this place. I wish I had listened. I have no idea why they assigned me to this crappy place, (literally, because of all the bird feces on the awning, the sign and the entrance)
Stay FAR AWAY from Jokers… I mean Kings Dentistry. If your insurance assigned you to them Get rid of them! Go see Dr. S. Schwartz in Canarsie.

Terrible service… Incompetent front desk staff… Congested office… An appointment for 10am ended up with an hour wait to be told the person I made an appointment with is not there and won’t be til a month from now… SMH KINGS DENTISTRY YOU GOTTA DO BETTER. If they practice dentistry the way they practice customer service I’ll tell you now RUN!!! You’ll probably come out with no teeth everyone there looks miserable ceiling tiles have water damage people are in and out like a car wash so you know the dentist are not taking there time with each patient there were like 30 people in the office that’s more people than I seen in Jamaica hospital emergency room smh.
