KFC

Like others have said, I only go here because it’s the only one close to us. Although we might be better off going to another location. The staff always seems pissed off, that’s if you can hear them over their loud rap music that is always playing. It takes no less than 10 minutes to get food and they are constantly out of things. The restaurant on this particular occasion was disgusting. Tables were all dirty, there was trash all over the floor. The line was long and people were waiting a long time. They need more staff or at least people who can do a better job. Step it up, there are plenty of other places in this town.

Giving it stars because if you live in Williamsburg it is your only option for Taco Bell or KFC. But it takes forevvvveeerrrrrrrr to get your food. Nice remodel on the inside though!

Fast food shouldn’t take 30 mins.
The place wasn’t even busy and when I said ordered something, I was told it would take 30 mins for me to get my food.
In another time, they took money and after few mins I was told, I couldn’t have the food I ordered, would I like something else instead. I asked for something else in the menu and was told can’t have that either. Then I asked for my money back and it took a good 7 – 8 mins for the manager to come out of the back office to open the drawer to give my money back.
I plan never to go back at this location.

Don’t know what it is but every time the wait Is super long and the order isn’t right.

I don’t know why, but the Big Macs and fries taste much better here than at other locations.

Me and my boy Bob wanted to have a guys night out so we decided to run for the border. Hey, love the look and feel of the place, seems like it’s been recently redone. If you go at the right time you can see a lot of Jets and Giants jerseys on the customers so it makes me feel at home.
I’ve been eating at Taco Bell my entire life, my mom used to eat at one in Long Island while she was pregnant with me and knew the lady who worked behind the counter. The same woman worked there throughout my childhood and watched over me through highschool. She still works at the same one til this day. As I graduated and moved away to Brooklyn (I got a nice computer design job) I sometimes need to stop in to a t-​bell every once in a while to make me feel less home sick.
This visit however made me hate home. I felt like my mom didn’t come home tonight.
I ordered a T5 with a bonus cheesy gordita crunch, all vegetarian. And what I got was not up to par! The nachos only had nacho cheese and beans. Where’s the sour cream and tomatoes! Come on! And then my beautifully delicious CGC didn’t even have beans in it! That is just not right. My taco supreme was correct but that was the weakest link to my classic order.
Needless to say Shawana, my server, was very kind, but she needs to get her staff into place! I love the bell and need to go back but I’m scared.

It’s the stuff that dreams are made of. A clean place where you can have Taco Bell and KFC.

This is the one dirty restaurant I like to eat sometimes. The bathroom is cleaner than the lobby & kitchen area. There is always Dirty tables, if you order to stay, don’t take a tray, they are always dirty. If you order to go, make sure to check your order, they usually forget to give you one of the food items you order. The kitchen floor and the lobby floor is also always dirty. Cheez, I hope they wash their hands !
The food taste good though, just the new grilled .99 cent burrito I don’t like, is spicy hot.

Nothing stand out about this combo fast food joint. Get here before 12:00 when the lunch crowd picks up.

Nice renovations to this location. It use to look real crummy inside and out. They made some drastic changes to this place. The inside is big, plenty of seating, and it’s super clean. I haven’t had Taco Bell since my college years and lately I’ve been craving for it because of those stupid television commercials.
Food — $ 5 box! Whack! Why? Because it don’t fill you up. Charles Barkley lied to me with his stupid jingle.
Service — Quick
Verdict — I gave it 4 stars because it’s a convenient location and I like what they did with this place. They have a gigantic parking lot and it’s a easy place to get to in Williamsburg. The $ 5 box was good but it just wasn’t filling. After years of eating big ass burritos, enchiladas, and more Tex-​Mex, Taco Bell is just a joke when it comes to their portions. And even though I prefer Popeye’s Chicken over KFC, I would still eat KFC if I caught a mean craving for fried chicken in the middle of the day and I also like their side orders more than Popeye’s.

There was a long wait time to order and receive your food. Sad thing when I first walked in there wasn’t many people here. I ordered the popcorn chicken and potato wedges; it took 10 minutes to receive it. And the portions were very small compared to other KFC’s I’ve visited.

I’m sorry … I usually never give «no good» review. But I think this is just little bit too much !!!
It’s Sunday morning on my way home after I’ve meeting with client, I feel hungry and really want to eat KFC.
But this KFC is really horrible !!! There is only 3 customer when I entering the restaurant, and all the table was dirty.
There are 4 employee working behind the counter, and one employee having lunch break .
They all just doing nothing, no one really care to the customer and the floor was really dirty.
I was standing on the line about 7 minutes and the same girl who took my order and ask me «can I help you ?»
I said … «I still waiting for my order»
So finally she found out that no one prepared my order.
Another employee said sorry to me and heyyyy thi Is not a big deal for me !!! I said that .
Then when I went to the condiment section … I can’t even find 1 piece of napkin.
SO … WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ???

This Taco Bell/​KFC is great! Huge, clean, and the workers take pride in their meals… if that’s even possible for fast food.
The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because at time, it can be slow getting your food.

This is a very modern and clean KFC /​Taco Bell that opened in late 2009. It has the modern open décor of late 2000s suburban locations. On all three of my visits so far I received my order quickly and found nearly all tables to be spotless, despite the relatively high traffic here.
Bonus points for having the suburban-​style self-​serve soda fountains. Food presentation was excellent as well (see my uploaded photo). Service was much friendlier than NYC average.

Here’s the issue: At this point in time there are only two Taco Bells in downtown Manhattan. The one on 14^th street is a bit of a mess and always packed with students day or night — and while that’s not the end of the world seats are hard to come by.
So on a whim I walked all the way from Williamsburg to this Taco Bell, and it was quite a hike — but worth every minute. As a vegetarian I had grown up with the Bell in suburbia when it was the only fast food game in town: So I always had a feeling of nostalgia for the brand. Now as a veggie I was turned off by the notion that this was also a KFC when I first looked it up, but I was very happily surprised.
Firstly this location is pretty huge, this isn’t a small franchise but almost the size of a location that you might see in the burbs. My order arrived pretty quickly and the counter staff was good. While there were a few dirty corners of the store within my stay they were cleaning things up. During weekdays they seem to be open to about 11pm, but on weekends they are open later — but this isn’t a late night location. Other highlights are that there’s a huge parking lot you if you have a car this is a decent pit stop. I was also impressed that some of the tables are handicapped friendly. All in all my visit was worth it.

Amazing. The cashier I had, named Karma, was really on point. Everything was fast as it should be, and they made no mistakes. Very clean and new interior.

who can deny kfc chicken? i can’t. so i was pleased to find this new kfc/​taco bell in my neck of the woods. because it’s still fairly new, the place is clean and the food hasn’t fallen off in terms of quality. it’s been busy every time i’ve gone in there, so there is a wait time. however, the customer service by the people behind the counter is better than average (no fear of fights or verbal altercations). they keep it clean, too. man, i know i keep bringing up «clean», but have you gone into kfc’s in the city? omg. i’m lucky i haven’t contracted hepatitis c! anyway, this is a good kfc and one of the better i’ve seen recently.

It is a combination KFC and Taco Bell. It is the most diverse crowd in a place of eating that I have ever seen.
Now, it is possible to think that a where black, spanish, latino, white, asian, indian, arab, polish, hippies, old geezers and geezettes and all other races share conversation while waiting for food that takes a long time to order… but this is the place. and FYI, the chicken strips ARE NOT halal, so dont ask, b/​c its a popular question.
Service is not slow, the place is just really busy at all hours

I gave it 3 stars because it took me 30 minutes to get popcorn chicken and potato wedges. I know they just opened and that’s why I didnt give it less. But they really have to get some kind of system going because I wasnt the only one that was waiting a long time for the food. The staff are nice too. The only problem was the wait time. Other then that it was cool!
