These people continue to lose their minds as the years go by/neighborhood changes. Two weeks ago, asparagus was $ 7.99 a lb! Get the f*ck outta here!!! I’ve been coming here for almost two decades, and the folks who work here, save for the lovely cashiers, always look at me like I have two heads. If you ask a question, responses are typically given via a series of grunts and nods. Lately, I only shop here in case of emergency and for those items I know aren’t ridiculously overpriced. Just this week, I bought a 1.35lb package of «sirloin» ground beef for $ 9.07. The meat certainly looked fresh, but once I got home, I quickly discovered they were using the old red-dye trick; that sh! t was straight old in the middle — SHAMEYOUONTURKEYS!!! They want to charge co-op prices with crappy product. In closing, let me at least praise the wonderful cashiers, especially those that have been here for the past 10 years. Now that I’m shopping elsewhere mostly, I find myself missing you all. Thanks for the smiles you all have doled out over the years. Smooches!

The spacing in this store is terrible. The aisles are extremely tight and, unless there happens to be an unused register for you to walk through, getting to the exit is a nuisance. They have a good produce section and their store brand is affordable.

Nice grocery on Cortelyou, where you can get most things that you need. If you can’t find it here, there is the CoOp across the street. The prices are better here, however. The aisles are narrow and usually a bit crowded, but where else are you going to go? Oh yeah, the CoOp across the street, which is oftentimes more crowded and also more expensive.
