This salon is awesome! First Karen and Isa always leave my hair on point. I usually spend 1 – 2 hours – but, if it is busy it can go into 4 hours. But it is so worth it! They take such good care of my hair and have a rewards system! The only downfall – for me at least is that they close at 4 on Sundays. Other than that I highly recommend these ladies!

Love coming to Juana beauty salon I have been a customer for 13 years and I would not trust anyone else to do my hair. Always recommend to my friends, have a hair problem one of the stylist can help you figure out the best treatment for your locks.

I have been a customer of this beauty salon since they opened over 10 years ago. I am not joking when I say that my 3 sisters and I do not go anywhere else in NYC! We trust no other than Juana and her staff with our relaxed hair. They recently expanded their store hours and they are usually flexible by staying late if your hair is taking long to dry. They are hard workers and Juana keeps updating her business with new tools, products, magazines, etc. My only advice would apply to all salons everywhere, and that is to be very clear with the staff what you want done BEFORE you begin your hair, and thus avoid miscommunication.
