Order at your own risk. I warned you!!!
I paid $ 50 for 4 samosas, 1 garlic naan, 1 paratha, 2 chicken tikka massalas. Order arrived 1 hour later. No sauce for the chicken and no rice. The food looked like a lunch special.
I sent a picture to Seamless.
I called to inquire about the rice. I often order Indian food from another place that I have to pick up from. The same thing and always receive enough food to have leftovers the next day. I spoke with Mr. Mamoon who got on me for ordering the regular tikke and not the massala. He never acknowledged to me that he forgot the rice. He spoke with my husband and finally acknowledged that he forgot to add it. He told my husband that he would have to wait 2 hours to receive the rice and the sauce. It’s their error but we would have to wait double the amount of time. I told him that I was going to complain to Seamless. The food arrived an hour later. The delivery guy badgered me again showing me the receipt that I did not order the chicken tikka masala but the chicken tikka. I told him it didn’t matter because you forgot my rice. I was given only 1 order of rice for 2 orders of chicken tikka when my rice finally arrived. No apology. No extra anything. Nothing.
Two nights ago I placed an order through a competitor. The order was canceled by the competitor 30 minutes later because the restaurant claimed they did not have a driver.
About the food:
The chicken tikka was juicy and good.
The samosa’s were good. Great variety of vegetables.
The naan and the paratha was alright.
The rice smelled funny. You would have to smell it. It was strange. The massala was runny and tasted funny.
Needless to say, I will never order from this place again. I should’ve stuck with my tried and true Japanese place.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because there is no option for a negative rating. They lied about getting my order and after hours of calling back and forth they finally told me that they didn’t get one from me yet still charged me. Would never recommend. Horrible establishment with little to no knowledge of customer service skills.

If I could give them no stars, I would. By far the worst establishment and service I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order at 1:30 pm for delivery. Over the next 3 hours i proceeded to call them 5 times, each time the man on the other line said my food was coming. At 5 pm I called and asked to cancel my delivery and to get a refund. The same man who I had been talking to since 1:30 proceeded to tell me that they «never received my order». So please tell me why for the past 4 hours you have been saying my food is on its way?
This place is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever dealt with and would not recommend this to a single soul.

Underwhelmed is a good description for the feeling left behind by this food.
I ordered the goat korma; I’m kind of a lightweight in tolerating spicy food but I do find it flavorful nonetheless. The korma that arrived had about 7 pieces of goat in an ocean of sauce. The sauce was about as flavorful as the jar stuff you buy in a mainstream «international» isle in a large supermarket. The goat itself was sparse and not braised, so incredibly tough– not how I’m used to eating this meat, and certainly not how it should be served. It’d liken it to fast food Indian– thrown together and not much thought paid to it.
The garlic naan was your standard garlic naan, if not a little thin. The mango lassi was on point! Plain rice served with the 14 dollar entrée instead of basmati (even plain, no peas, would have made more sense– just more strength to the Indian fast food theory) kind of was an insult. The naan pashwari was… Sweet. Lost of the distinct flavours of coconut and pistachio that I crave it for.
All in all, underwhelming. The delivery guy was very polite though, and I received it around the forecasted delivery eta. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Came here Last night and it was the grand opening they made chicken biryani chicken samosa and a chicken roll but today is the first day just came back and ordered the tandoori mixed grill not bad for $ 9.95 so hopefully the food is good and I’ll give it a good review
