Dr. Ingberman has been treating my mother for a long time now. She is very happy with all the work that was done. She finally could smile and be comfortable.
Staff is always nice and accommodating.

I always had problems with my teeth since my childhood and I’ve seen a lot dentists so I can say I have a decent understanding of which dentist is good and which one is bad. And this dentist, Semyon Ingberman, is far the worst. First of all he doesn’t communicate with the patient, doesn’t explain the treatment he is planning to do in his head, doesn’t even show which tooth he is going to work on. Even though I asked «a few times» what he is going to do and which tooth he will start with, all I got in was responses like «Don’t worry I’ll take care of them all» every time. Really? I had a root canal and I said maybe he just doesn’t communicate with patients well but good at his job, and left the office to come back next week to finish the root canal with permanent filling. And next week, oh my god, a dentist can only be this much horrible. He did a horrible job on the filling, I can’t emphasize how horrible his job was. It’s not even close to my tooth’s original shape, my tooth feels half empty, and feels so rough on the surface. And when I wanted to talk to him about my tooth again after he left the room, he came back with an attitude saying he doesn’t have time to talk to me, he has other patients and he did a great job. I just got up and walked away because talking to them is no use. I hope this review helps people. If you care about your tooth or at least your mood on that day, don’t go to him because you’ll leave the office very angry. Oh did I mention his assistants were rude as hell, talking to patients in imperative, giving no instructions on what the patient should do and treating them like unwanted guests. At least the receptionists were nice and sweet.
