Cannot speak about the quality of their medical care because I was refused service. When they went to verify my insurance before treatment the«computer» said that my insurance though current was not primary, it showed my old insurance from years ago as primary. I explained that the information was wrong but they refused to process anything on either insurance even though they could not verify the old insurance as primary either. That was their policy. While I have a feeling the misinformation is a result of my current insurance not updating their records no other medical provider has had a problem or refused service because of it.

It could use a little make over. The waiting room is dark and cold. We’re sick, I didn’t come here to freeze more! The receptionist and nurse are really nice, but they’re really loud. There’s no reason for me to hear your conversation over my headphones. As with most doctor’s offices, you spend more time in the waiting room than in the actual exam room. Almost 3 hours for some antibiotics, sheesh.

I was feeling deathly ill and crawled into this office. I was on file so i bypassed the receptionist and was able to just sign in. After waiting an hour to see the Dr. The nurse takes my weight and height then BP. I wait an additional ½ hour then the Doctor come in and tells me I have an outstanding balance all the while I feel like I wanted to die, he the turns me away. I never received any bill from his office ever. I called my insurance he submitted the incorrect code. I booked with another Dr and he prescribed medicine and I feel much better. This Dr. Has no compassion. He saw the condition I was in and just handed me a bill and turned me away when I thought I would die. I have outstanding health insurance accepted everywhere by everyone. I would go elsewhere. I get the impression this Dr is seen only to supply drug addicts as I overheard a patient asking for in the next room over. Find a compassionate Dr. Someone who cares.
