iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

I have had the worst experience with iCracked, and especially with my assigned iTech Boris Zaslavskiy. He replaced my iPad with a cracked screen, however, he also permanently damaged the device by not disconnecting it properly and therefore ruining the backlight of the screen.
That’s only the beginning. I had to deal with icracked customer service and Boris back and forth for over a month before we agreed that I would keep my broken device and not have to pay the fee. My device is now dead, no reboot, no restore options are working.
To add to that, he showed up to my school unannounced asking for me, money, and my personal schedule.
I thought things were finished, until recently he has taken my information: name, address, phone number, and illegally used my personal information for cyber harassment i.e., creating housing ads and personal ads in my name, requesting information from credit loan companies, auto loans, the list goes on.
I had to file a police report against Mr. Zaslavskiy, and iCracked is staying quiet.
Do not use their services. You risk the safety of your device, and now apparently the safety of your identity.

Screen replacement by Mr Boris Zaslavskiy was really good, and he picked up n dropped off to our home. Great!!!
