Purchased flowers on multiple occasions for various birthdays, dinners, Thanksgiving. Bouquet arrangements were full and festive — with variations from the typical bodega flowers. Friendly service. I miss this shop! Did you re-​open anywhere nearby?

So disappointed. My husband ordered surprise flowers for our anniversary and they never arrived. They claimed that they tried to call him twice but there is no evidence of said attempt. Today they called in the morning to say they would be here at 1pm. I called at 3:38pm to ask the status and he said 20 minutes because he’s been stuck in traffic. I mentioned how disappointed I was with the customer service and he just argued with me and said he tried to call yesterday… what kind of customer service is that? Seriously, an apology would be nice at the least. Go with one of the bigger companies. I usually like the more local joints but they can’t seem to pull this off.
