Astoria, NY
Good selection of domestic wines as well as some from France, Argentina, and Italy. They have a good selection of vodka and whiskey. The staff is eager to help without being overbearing. They have made helpful recommendations in regards to wines, all of which have been well received at the dinners I’ve attended.
One of the guys there asked me if I played in Spain’s La Liga after recognizing my name. I disappointed him to say the least.

A nice selection of vodkas and cognacs, a good selection of wine, and the guys who work there are pretty friendly and helpful (the girl looks grumpy, though).
