I didn’t get far enough in conversation with this place to purchase anything. I found a sectional couch on their website and wanted to purchase it. They did not have it on the showroom floor nor did they have it in the warehouse for me to view. So I asked if I was unhappy with the couch could I send it back. I was told«No! All sales are final.» I asked why would the sale be final and I did not have the opportunity to see the couch in person. I was told because you purchased it and all stores do this. I had to laugh… Raymour and Flanigan does the same thing… LOL…not at all. I purchased a bedroom set I saw in person and was not happy with upon it’s arrival and was able to return it back with the delivery guys . In addition, when I misheard a comment the rep made I was told«That is not what I said but if that is how you want to take it then…» All in all, this company lacks the professionalism and customer service skills necessary to deal with customers.

I had an excellent experience at Home Sweet Home Furniture! I can’t imagine Samantha and I are talking about the same store because customer service was tremendously helpful. I bought a new living room and bedroom set and couldn’t wait for my furniture to come and when it did the delivery service Triple A+++!!! I was a little bit of a pain in the ass but the movers placed the furniture just the way I wanted!

Although they offered good pricing they lack in customer service. I understand that you’re given a window for delivery time but if you do not meet that window the company should call and give you an update. When I called the 1st time the person was so nasty as if I was begging for the furniture I paid for INFULL!!! Customer service/care is so important! And after all that they brought the wrong bed!!! never again!
