Delicious and the new space for brunch is wonderful. Charming huge space. Very relaxing. Everyone was so nice.

This is the bomb dot com. We set up an early brunch date with a good friend and arrive at the pop up location shortly after 11. We were seated in the back and had a great view of all the various tables, chairs and furniture that made it look like a large living space. We order the french toast to share and it was delicious! The apples and pears with the maple syrup was to die for. I had the BLT which was so good. It was the perfect amount of food since the toast was so big. I’m def looking forward to coming back and visiting their regular store.

Home/Made is amazing. One of the best brunch places in Brooklyn, and definitely the coolest pop up location I’ve ever seen. The food is incredible and the service is always great. I’ve gone a few times now and have mostly ordered the scrambles, and they’re delicious. The potatoes & bacon are stuff dreams are made of. I highly recommend this place any time you want to impress someone with your exceptional knowledge of beautiful, awesome brunch places in Brooklyn.

Not a cold weather friendly establishment so I’d suggest going on warm days. I love that it’s an open air spot but it would be wise if they built a net or something of the sort to keep the bird poo off their customers. Now on to what matters. I had French toast with a side of bacon. The bacon was amazing! My only qualms with the French toast was the fact their was only on option. Aside from that I can’t wait to have it again but most likely won’t for a while(in hopes for variety or change). My partner had some potatoe and scrambled eggs meal. The eggs were bland but as a whole the meal was tasty just a tad bit lacking in flavor. Overall if you’re around these parts I say give it a shot for brunch.

The best brunch in Brooklyn! Share a Scramble, two sides, juice and coffee — even with a big tip, still under $ 40. They have moved to 63 Commerce St. Just two blocks away. Giant space with the same ambiance as the tiny place on Van Brunt. We love this place.

This place is amazing. Great pop up location in a warehouse which was big and spacious with outdoor seating available. Only had to wait ten mins and got a seat to ourselves(rather than awkwardly on top of other people like some places *ermmm Five Leaves*) The menu is small but covers a lot of options. We got the unlimited chemex coffee YES. And shared the mushroom fontina scramble, the salted caramel toast slab and a generous side of bacon. The food was so tasty, served pretty fast and filled me and my husband nicely. We are so glad to hear this location is staying open through fall — we are excited to bring out-of-towners here in November! Staff were really friendly as well. One of my favourite, no hassle, good quality brunches.

This place is awesome, delicious food. The service lacks but the food is great. The French toast, and omelet a and walnut toast with great hot sauces. Go here before its gone! Atmosphere is chill, good for babies.

Took forever-which was never acknowledged by the wait staff. Had to eye stalk the staff every time we need something. And not worth the money. And side note they’ve moved. Not the address on the Unilocal page.

We went to brunch here today. They currently have a pop up location for brunch a few blocks down from their regular location. It’s in a wear house and has a very cool dUMBO-esque vibe. The food was delicious(I had an amazing BLT with fresh tomatoes from the Hudson valley) and their toasts with various spreads looked awesome too. Only downside was that the service was really slow and the portions were on the smaller side, so I left hungry. Still, I would totally go back!

I loved this place on sight. Very cool space, with scattered communal seating indoors and additional tables outdoors in their garden. The service was attentive, with all servers checking in on us at various points of the meal. Coffee was outstanding. My husband and I both ordered egg scrambles and I liked his best– carmelized onion with fontina. This is a pop up location, so the address isn’t Van Brunt, it’s down the street a bit. As other reviewers mentioned their sign is out at the original location so it was a little confusing getting here. My only real complaint.

Amazing little spot for brunch! Tried the mushroom scramble and hands down the best French toast I’ve every had! A must try in red hook.

They relocated and moved to Atelier Roquette, I think it’s a pop-up space, spacious with gallery style décor, they also use vintage silverware and the furniture is quite antique vs modern too. The toasts were great, but my scramble egg was only ok. The place has no AC, but if you like outdoor space there’s a nice yard where you could enjoy a sunny day brunch. The coffee was not bad, overall very nice servers, but food prep took quite awhile. They keep their sign out at the old location(where is currently a Thai restaurant), guests are often mistaken and have to run back out to search for its new location. I’d recommend this place for a group of friends.

Sunday morning in Brooklyn can be a hard time to find a brunch without an extended wait. Downtown Brooklyn was busy and placed were packed, so we went into Red Hook and found this oasis. We chose to eat outside in their courtyard sanctuary and started with hot and iced coffee. Their French toast was very good. I had an egg scramble with mushroom and added salmon. Very tasty and fluffy, served with potatoes and amazing whole grain toast. Overall a great filling meal. I liked the location and will visit it again.

Enjoyed their French toast. It was very sweet with caramelized apples but still enjoyable as long as I offset it with coffee w/no sugar. Their omelet was nothing special but again, enjoyable. Seating is very limited and their rusty décor is a bit unappetizing and their seating is a bit uncomfortable, but I’m there for breakfast(in and out). If you are not into that, don’t go. Their restroom is clean and wait staff is friendly. FYI: Went yesterday(Sat) again at 9:30am and it was closed although the sign said it opens at 9am. Call ahead.

I really wanted to love Home/Made, but I have to say I didn’t think it was that great. Everyone was really friendly(and the coffee was good), but the food was not better than I would expect from anywhere else in New York. You might say I’m being a bit harsh with the stars, but I’m going by what it says(Meh. I’ve experienced better). The french toast was bready(vs. custard-ey), and the scrambled eggs were on the more-cooked side. Beyond that, I’m not a huge fan of artsy-pretentious décor, antique silverware, and lounge-hip seating(and boozy brunches). Sorry Home/Made :(.

Cute place in Brooklyn. They don’t have a ton of options, but what they have is good and it makes for a nice, cute, and honey brunch place. I don’t typically like ordering omelettes because I think it’s something I could make myself, but I enjoyed my friends mushroom and fontina cheese omelet. I got the potatoes over salad. I liked the roasted potatoes and the seasoning with the sauce, and the arugula with lemon was had a nice bite to it. We got a side of sausage and bacon which were both good as well. Note: It’s not close to the subway so you have to bus or prepare to walk a bit.

Pros –easy to find street Parking — salmon and goat cheese with eggs are ok. Nice out door seating. — food presentation is very nice but lacks much flavor Cons — rusty utensils — food stored on the floor — not sure how sanitary this place is

Hands down the best BBQ i have had in NYC. The food, décor, and selection was excellent. I plan to come back. Nothing bad to say. It was excellent. One recommendation would be to have more than one service personnel working the food counter during busy times. After we ordered the line was very long. I would have hated to wait in that line. We came right before it got busy. Very cool place.

After looking for brunch spots near Ikea, I came across home/made, which looked super cute in pics. The actual place did not disappoint — we were also comfortably seated on some of the white couches. Lots of light and some odd paintings on the walls. The menu is pretty much breakfast food — egg scrambles, french toasts, etc. The highlights were definitely the walnut bread, the warm potatoes. The food was also pretty decent. It did take us maybe 20 minutes of waiting time before we were seating(at 3pm on Saturday). Seating is limited. Im also surprised their menu is almost exclusive brunch(they serve din din on one night).
