Moved to a new office. Everything is better. Wait times shorter and even has other specialists. Needs a tv in the waiting room. Dr Hinz is always great try’s to get back to every call when he can. He answers all questions even if he isn’t treating that body part.

if you’d like to wait 3 – 4 hours in a small (8 chairs?) stuffy room to then be seen for 7 min. This is the place for you.
The Dr is a very nice guy, but seriously — they need to work out a better system for appointments vs walk-​ins.
I ended up going to see my mother’s Dr in Great neck the next day and felt like I was treated like royalty compared to here.
