I’ve been working with Hedley’s Inc. for four years now. They are the best movers and installers in the city and very easy and friendly to work with. Importantly, they are presentable and professional, so I can take them into my most discreet and high value jobs. I have had pieces incur damage once or twice during local moves, but that is the nature of moving expensive art and antiques. Hedley’s has always been quick to fix any mistakes. Every time I stray to the competition because Hedley’s can’t do something on my immediate and strict schedule, I regret it.

Hands down the worst shipping experience I’ve ever encountered. Excellent at collecting fees, yet disgraceful at organization, customer service, shipment tracking, maintaining schedule, and accurately quoting shipment cost.
