I like my doctor, but unfortunately the staff is rude and usually not helpful. I am going to be switching doctors.

Horrible customer service. They treated me like I was inconveniencing them by coming in for my appointment. Very rude on the phone as well and I absolutely hate coming here and never will do so again. Horrible people with horrible manners and horrible customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr Danuta Kurstein was my GP. After coming to her with severe neck pain she ordered an xray. Nothing showed up on the xray so she said there was nothing she could do. I went to a pain management specialist who sent me for an mri. not only do i have a herniated cervical disc, but the mri revealed a nodule on my thyroid. If she had taken my concerns seriously i would have gotten treatment sooner and been in less pain. Additionally I made a follow up appt with her last week. I waiited over and hour and watched as she took a meeting with two Pharm. Reps. I asked the front desk if she was aware that she was so behind and was told yes. I left.
I really feel as if this was a sign for me not to return.
