After living in the neighborhood a few weeks, I’m ready to say this is my favorite spot for pizza in Brooklyn and officially the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! Today’s soup was also top-notch. I’ve only ordered delivery, which is always quick, so I can’t wait to stop in for a meal.

This is a solid neighborhood italian restaurant and very mom & pop, which I love. I live in the neighborhood and my wife and I go there frequently — though I don’t think I’ve ever had one of their pizzas, which what seems to be what everyone is writing about. I guess I’ll have to try one next time. We’ve also never called for delivery, so can’t really speak to that. But … … we do like the unpretentious dishes on the main menu and the reasonable prices. There’s a great outdoor rooftop, but it’s not always open(only in summer months), and only has a few seats, but should you luck out, it is a pretty sweet spot. However, we typically sit at the bar, because we love talking to Frank the sommelier. His recommendations are pretty spot on and he really makes you feel at home. There’s a couple of colleges nearby and a lot of the waitstaff seem to be bright, cheery students looking to make a buck. So overall, a great place to relax and have a nice meal.

Outstanding pizza, thanks to the maestro behind the oven! Ours was the margarita topped with mushroom. Besides that, we ordered a bottle of Merlot 2011, calamari for appetizer(good, can be better), arugula salad, and ended with the fantastic made in house & large portion creamy tiramisu cake. Our original waitress was too busy on her phone that a different & more attentive waitress handled us ever so nicely, bringing out additional bowl of arugula because we mentioned that it was so good with the pizza. Thank you lovely waitress, because of the superb food and YOU, i’ll definitely drop by again. The music played there was odd, 90s pop? Make the place more romantic. The vibe is there already; a better playlist will do the place good. Cheers!

Pizza was cold upon delivery that took about an hour, although it was right around the corner and late at night. The gorgonzola pizza was very good though, creamy with a chewy and foldable crust. The tiramisu was decent, nothing to write home about. I found the tiramisu had way too much coco powder on top. They won’t deliver to your hotel room, so you’ll need to meet the driver in the lobby. Cost for small pizza and tiramisu plus 10% tip was around $ 32

Used to go here all the time. Last few times we’ve ordered for takeout they’ve made us wait for over an hour and by the time we get the food it’s all cold.

Food is good. Delivery is consistently tragic. They also BS about when food has left. It is a terrible disappointment. Don’t set expectations and not deliver

Congratulations. In one night you jumped from 4 stars to 1 star because you took one hour and 30 minutes to deliver, perpetually lied to us about arrival time, and were unnecessarily rude and dismissive both times when we called. People of Unilocal… eat here. The food is good. Never order delivery. You’ll find that they are incapable and conceited. Graziella’s, you don’t deserve the business of your local community if you speak to your customers as you just did.

Awful, awful service. Got there around 7:55, it seemed reasonably crowded, was told there would be a 35 minute wait. Went to the bar where the bartender was surprisingly rude and standoffish, walking away in the middle of our drink order. At around 8:45, it became clear that nobody had taken our names down, because when asked they said there was still a 25 minute wait, even though the restaurant had begun to empty out. Instead, they kept clearing tables in the dining room, and prepared to seat a large party that had come in after us. When we again asked what had happened, we were told that there would be a further wait. Rather than keep waiting into the night, we left(and went to Black Iris, on DeKalb and Clermont — it was delicious and fast). I’ve eaten here before, and while the food has been fine if not particularly great, it’s definitely not worth enduring the service. I won’t be returning.

Great place for lunch! Delicious food and great service! We had fried calamari and rice balls for appetizers. Burrata pizza, arugula and parm cheese pizza were great!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I will admit that when I arrived I was completely famished so my attitude was definitely present. We originally were going to be seated in the downstairs dinning area however there was a family with a bunch of children and we just had no time for that scene. We ask if we could be seated upstairs and where told yes, but after waiting about 10 minutes the staffed seemed to forget we were there. I got the attention of the next person i saw and ask to just be seated downstairs, as again I was starving. We sat down and looked at the menu and after asking a question regarding the chicken fettuccine I found myself apologizing to the waitress because I almost bit her head off… She came back with our food very quickly, stating she asked the chief to speed us up since she knew I was hungry, which I appreciated. She kept her cool despite me. The food was good and my guest also enjoyed hers. When we were ready to leave we ask to split the check in half, the waitress agreed. However when she cam back she had put the entire amount of the bill on my card. Not cool… This experience was rough. But It seemed to be a bad day all the way around so I would definetly give it another chance.

Casually walked in to graziellas during a tournament at st Joseph’s college. The service is quick and good tasty food. Course one was calamari. Crisp crunchy and NOT soggy. We had a meat pizza with ground sausage, ham and pepperoni one word heavenly! If your close stop by!

This is the second time I’ve eaten here and am definitely going to continue eating here, what a neighborhood gem! The food I classic Italian yumminess, I’ve had the lemon artichoke chicken, the chicken parm, fried calamari and a fluffy pistachio cheesecake that I am still thinking about days later. Definitely recommend!

SOOOODELICIOUS!!! I had the bolognese pasta and I can’t wait to have it again. It was a HUGE portion, but it was so delicious that I ate the whole thing. My husband had the lasagne, which he loved as well. Pretty much their pizzas and Classic Italian dishes are all superb! The prices are VERY reasonable, the service is great, and it’s a very casual spot with a nice upstairs outdoor area. And another thing I love… They deliver!!!

I waited over 1 hour 40 mins for a delivery from a restaurant that is 5min from my house. I called twice and was told twice the order was on its way, but in reality it was not on its way either time. I don’t believe lying to your customers is a good business policy. Food is good, but this level of service is unacceptable.

Came here with my gluten-free pal for a late lunch/early dinner. We sat outside which was really great aside from the bees which seemed to like bothering everyone. We shared the tuna salad and a vegetable pizza; both were delicious and gluten-free. Our server was wonderful and generally the vibes here are great. Would definitely come back if I found myself in the area again.

We enjoyed Graziellas for a work party(they catered our event) and we loved everything! We had a variety of perfectly cooked pizzas, as well as various salads and calamari. The calamari and margarita pizza were my favorites but I will say that the pepperoni was some of the best I’ve tasted! The staff was friendly and willing to work with us to make the event our own. The delivery arrived a little later than was expected, but once we had a few bites we forgot all about that minor detail! Hoping to get to the actual restaurant so I can check out the rooftop dining terrace. heard it’s pretty cool!

Food is always great here. I’ve come here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Love watching them make the brick oven pizza. And they have one of the best mozzarel and tomato appetizer/caprese salad ever. Would 100% recommend this spot.

I haven’t written a review for Graziella’s yet?! I’ve been living in the neighborhood for years now and Graziella’s is a frequent favorite. They have delicious brick oven pizza’s in various varieties, amazing pasta dishes(I always get the penne vodka, yum), and my favorite ever gorgonzola walnut salad. They also have an awesome rooftop for the warmer months. I go on dates here with my fiancée all the time, and bring our families on occasion as well. Graziella’s is a real Clinton Hill gem, would be genuinely depressed without it!

OK. Now I realize why it’s not more popular. Complete hit or miss with the service. Lucky for our waitress that we were a party of 6, cause there’s no way she deserved 20%.

Delivery review: Pizza came folded over in half, cold, soggy and yet burnt. We had to reheat it in the oven… I paid $ 9 for three tiny meatballs in a big empty container. Not worth it.
