Gracies Pizzeria & Restaurant

I ordered from Gracies on Seamless on a Saturday afternoon and my experience was horrible. I got a cheeseburger deluxe, medium rare, but the meat was FAR from cooked and smelled like fish. I literally gagged. The fries were still slightly raw. We also ordered chicken fingers WITH fries, but they «forgot» the fries and the chicken was super soggy.
I called the restaurant to let them know what was going on, something I’ve never done in my life, as I’m not a stickler. I wasn’t even looking for a refund. I was put on the phone with someone that was supposedly the owner, and she required that I get the burger back to her in order to refund me $ 7.00 only for the burger. I offered to send her pictures, but she refused and asked that I bring the burger back to the restaurant since I wouldn’t be home for the driver to come back and pick the burger up? She was incredibly rude and when I told her about it all, she just responded with, «Excuuuuse me? No.»
Overall, a horrible experience and would never order from them again.

the entrees are absolutely delicious and they are always so friendly. the pizza could use a little more sauce but just my preference. my new go to pizza joint.

One of the few places around my area that delivers something other than Chinese. Their meat the bun ration is a little off, tho. but still, better than most.

Thank god Vinny and Grace are back. i got a call from Vinny telling me he opened this new place. i was a loyal customer at Vinny’s I I on kings high
and my family spent all our holiday’s there. i was there last night for dinner I had chicken parm and my wife and kids had gnocchi. the food was great home made. if you never had Vinny’s food make a trip you will love the
part of knowing Vinny and grace they treat everyone like family who ever walk’s in the door. good luck to Vinny and grace. All the best Hoilday Mitch and Family

Ive been in search for really good burger joints. I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to try it when 4^th of July BBQ plans went down the drain due to weather.
The people are so lovely and friendly. The food is made fresh, so waiting time may be a while. It wasn’t problem for me though. The wait was worthwhile.
The burger was delicious. I ordered the Gracie Signature Burger, and my sister ordered the Cheeseburger Deluxe. Both came topped with mozzarella cheese and freshly made fries.
Thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the customer service experience. :-)

This is a hidden secret in Brooklyn… both Gracie and her husband Vinnie used to own the famous Vinnie’s II restaurant and left the restaurant business several years ago… well, they are back as I could not believe I ran into their new Pizzeria Restaurant with Old World Style Italian cooking at its best… The pizza… and all the other dishes are just incredible and those burgers are like nothing you’ve eaten before… This place is not about just Pizza. it is about terrific home style Italian cooking at it best… Gracie…Vinny…Diana…so good to have you guys back!
