I’d say Golden Krust is one of my favorite fast food places but the location at 1293 Fulton Street I will never go in again. I went in to get a beef patty which were already made. There were two people there ordering meals to take out. There were two women behind the counter. Now all I want is a beef patty. These women are going to have me wait until they take the meal orders – orders that have to place into containers while they wait for the people to decide what they want.(«I’ll have the rice & peas, the oxtails. Don’t give me too much gravy…») I’m supposed to stand there and wait for two people to order when one of you can just come and hand me the beef patty and take the money. One of them was already at the cash register when I tried to get the patties. They just ignored me. When I asked why do I have to wait when my order is relatively simple in comparison and the place is not crowded, both of the workers wanted to get attitude. Guess what – Keep your patties. If you are not intelligent enough to get money in hand from one customer while the other tends to the other customers you truly don’t deserve my patronage. Management needs to learn to hire smarter more capable people. I won’t be back to that spot. Too many other Golden Krusts around.
