Anyone will throw ‘discount’ in the front window of a business these days like it’s supposed to make a difference. I did like the old location of this place on Voorhies. Parking was always difficult, even standing for a few minutes was an issue with the old spot. With this new one, driving here isn’t even an option. The road the store is on is way too hectic all day long. In terms of pricing, it’s not great either as mentioned in the beginning othe review. There are way better options if you want to drive even a little ways longer to get a good price. I’m all about Scotch and good bourbon and the prices on the brands and styles I like are about $ 5 – 6 more than elsewhere in the neighborhood. It also seems like the selection suffered when they moved; wine lovers, you will not be too impressed but you’ll find something. The staff could be either OK or rude as all hell, depending on who you get on what day. I know it’s a liquor store; I’m not expecting to have my behind rubbed but basic customer service is always nice. Sometimes you’ll get the bare minimum of basic customer service and sometimes you’ll be made to feel like your patronage is an inconvenience to someone’s day. I’ll still go here to buy some liquor if I’m nearby, but it’s far from my first choice.

These guys have everything and anything you want and their new store is really nice. But now they’re closer to the water than before so let’s hope another storm like Sandy doesn’t come by anytime soon. I took off a star because twice I called to see when they closed(they had another 45 minutes to be open) I got their 25 minutes before closing time and the store was closed. Not just starting to be closed but lights off, no staff, nothing. That was annoying and it happened to me twice so obviously they have employees that are ducking out of work early.

I’ve been to this new bigger and better location a few times now and really love it here! Ok so parking can be tricky in this area but no reason to not come in and check it out! The staff here is awesomely friendly and always helpful. I took a walk around the entire place and was pleasantly surprised at some hard to find items as well as some items that are essentially vintage! They have different liquors and wines for every price range and in all types, you are sure to find whatever pleases your palate. They have all the standard liquors in a lot more flavors than I think I’ve ever seen! I wanted some stoli cranberi and had a hard time finding it anywhere else but found it here! I like the way the store is set up, with plenty of open space and all the right selections. Another nice finding is the cute shaped bottles of liquor that I hadn’t seen before. And the prices are fair and on par with other liquor stores around. Look for some good sales as well!
