This agency has aides that (1) have little or no experience when caring for the elderly; (2) some steal. When you complain to the agency, the owner will tell you that the aide passes a background check and they have no control what an aide does when they’re in your or parents’ home. You would need to install cameras to watch everything. I can’t even rate it a «1».
