This place really needs new management. The counter help is very rude. They need to hire more help at the counter for busy morning and afternoon rush hour traffic. The place has decent food at reasonable price. There is very limited space to eat. Its mostly good for take out. This is located at a very busy corner near train station. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands I suggest you try a different location where the service is much better. There are many different eatary’s close by in the area with much better service than this place.

Food is not bad. It’s fairly cheap and the ambience definitely downscale. The clientele is composed of people who do not look prosperous. But service is very friendly and rapid. Fine for a quick. Cheap meal. It’s not a place to linger.

I have come here every once in a blue moon, and their prices at the grill are pretty subjective… I have been charged 2.00 $, 1.75 $, 2.50 $, 2.25 $ and 3.50 $(most recently) for the same item each time! Ridiculous. If you want to gouge us with the prices, set a high price and leave it but don’t make me feel like you’re charging me more because I am wearing a button down and a pea coat as opposed to a sweat shirt and jeans. This last time I was here they charged 3.75 $ for a egg and tomato(no meat) on a roll… This is usually 1.75 $ anywhere else in Brooklyn! It’s not going to break me, but I do not support that kind of price gouging at all and this will be the last time I visit this establishment. As for their customer service, it’s usually relatively friendly but they wont win any warmth award. The quality of their food is usually pretty good, but also pretty standard for what I’ve ordered. The seating area is always full of homeless and dirty people with their bags of cans, walkers and torn shoes… Do yourself a favor and go somewhere nicer for a better price! Avoid the scabies that must be running rampant on their seats.
