Fort Hamilton Laundry

A great laudromat. They have a drop off service that is fast, reasonable, and reliable. They also have a dry cleaning service — they send it out — and it, too, is reliable and reasonable. It’s also located right near the subway, so it’s easy to drop of clothes in the morning and pick them up in the evening.

This is the worst place ever. I went and dropped off my clothes because it was fairly close and i was in a rush.
When i picked up my clothes i realized that there was other peoples things in my laundry bag, and most of my items that were left in the hands of the cleaners were GONE! I rushed back immediately to get my clothes and the lady merely stated that «she no speak English», i asked for the owners phone number and she refused. After calling the cops, all i can do is take them to small claims court to get my things back. I returned the persons clothes that was in my bag, and I’m left with over $ 1000.00 in lost clothes.
This was a nightmare and i hope that no one goes through this. Not only am i disgusted that they washed my clothes with other peoples clothes, but to be treated with such disrespect and lack of compassion was terrible.
DO NOT GO HERE.
