Great food, esp. the omelettes, and great service! We eat breakfast here almost every weekend.

Ah I remember eating this for breakfast lunch an dinner as a kid, my grandmother would order everyday like we lived off this diner. We where up on 8st an the park an yes they absolutely deliver. I would order the gyros the cheeseburgers there eggs with home frys an bacon. Sandwiches I mean everything is all very good. It’s even better when your out late starving an all done partying an a bit drunk an you stop in on an odd hour of the night with a crew of friends an just absolutely PIGOUT which I’ve done plenty of times since there open 24 hours. I haven’t been in a while to have a sit down lunch but I do every so often pop in for coffee an a corn muffin Togo an keep it moving since I moved to Staten Island an I’m not working up on 7th Ave anymore to order delivery. Definitely an affordable restaurant An great friendly owners. ”)

This is where my fiancé and I go to eat in the neighborhood when we’re out on a weekend and looking for some good food, quick, and friendly service. I have been coming here for some time and the owner is very nice and always willing to have a chat. Plenty of room and what you’d expect from a diner on the menu. Reasonably priced considering I’ve seen this neighborhood close so many good businesses since 1999. I would recommend to anyone, including the very hung over, to come here and eat.

This place is good for an okay meal in the area. After living here all my life I finally tried this place. The portions are big so you get what you pay for. It wasn’t the best diner food and it also wasn’t the worst.

ATMOSPHERE: It was refreshing to find a real cute little diner, no frills or anything, in the slope! Little booths, a kitchen counter, cake display, nothing fancy, just a typical diner that I would expect to see on Long Island AKA the motherland. FOOD: My SO absolutely loved his omelette with skillet potatoes and buttered toast. I got a salad and I wouldn’t say it was the freshest I have had, but honestly, who really goes to a diner and orders a salad? That was my mistake. DRINKS: Had a mimosa, and for $ 2, it tasted like OJ, but fine, it was a bit bubbly. S. O had coffee and said it was«okay» OVERALL: Come here for the atmosphere to bring you back to your favorite diner you used to frequent as a kid, and get some late night breakfast!

My wife and I love this diner/restaurant. It’s comfy and it’s a nice size — including a separate side to accommodate more people. Their big, varied menu is great for when you’re there with a group — or if you just want to try something different. I’ve had some of the best moussaka in my life here. Have always found the staff to be friendly.

The two stars is for the food – I’d rather have less of something excellent, than a big portion of average. What I had was a big portion of average spinach omelet. That said, the location was convenient, and the waiter couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Wish he worked at a place with better food!

I’ve been coming here since 2011 and I enjoy the food here. The staff is usually pleasant. I love the breakfast selection here and the décor is pleasant to look at. …

Very Basic diner but a solid location(near enough to the subway), I can always find parking nearby(metered parking)… I go often enough that they recognize me and always refill my coffee cup without having to ask and have consistently good food. I like the burgers and their salads with grilled shrimp are good. Breakfast here is also satisfying and won’t cost you an arm and a leg like anywhere else in Park Slope.

I really like this place. I’ve gone morning day and night on weekdays and weekends and enjoy it every time. It’s a diner — so as long as you have the right expectations you’ll love it. I mostly get breakfast food whenever I come, but I have gotten non breakfast food a few times and enjoyed it equally but something about diner screams«Get some pancakes and bacon» every time I walk in. The mimosas and bloody mary’s are really cheap(3 bucks?). The chocolate/banana challa french toast is very good. My coffee cup is always full there. somehow. The servers are friendly and do everything you want them to do and nothing you don’t want them to do. I suppose if I had anything negative to say, it would be that the portions could be a little larger. But I can eat a ton of breakfast food, so I think they’re probably good for normal people. I walk 15 blocks and an avenue to come here 2 – 3 times per month and will continue to do so.

Nice little spot when Daisy’s gets a little roughneck(which is less and less common these days.) They have waffle fries. Need I say more? Last time I was here, the girl I was there with was so wacked that she ordered some wine which she never finished cuz she was so drunk. She actually asked me what she did the next day. LOL Time to ease off the tequila, lady. Anyway, my brothers love this spot(they put me on to it) and I frequent it every once in a while.

I made the mistake of ordering from here thinking that it was«Daisy’s Diner,» another 24-hour diner a few blocks down from this place. It was New Year’s Day, and the amount of hunger that was erupting in my stomach at the time could have made cardboard taste like lobster, yet this diner managed to deliver the WORST sandwich I have ever had in my life. I understand that they were roughly 40 minutes late in their delivery time than they told me– it was New Years Day, I imagine a very busy afternoon for them, and I was just so happy when the food came that I completely forgot about their tardiness. Between my boyfriend and I we ordered the following: — Mozzarella Sticks: Actually not that bad, one of the only good things here I imagine — Crabby Benny(boyfriend’s dish): Horrible. Now we were not expecting the best crab cakes in the world, it’s a diner, not a 5-star restaurant in Maryland. But the surprising thing about this dish is that the eggs were easily the worst I have ever consumed in my life. Despite this or that, the only thing in this life that I should be able to count on are quality eggs from a diner and this place has now failed me. These«poached» eggs might as well have been hard boiled. Bleh. — The Rascal Panini: As I said before, I was not aware that sandwiches could get this horrible. Not only was it not a Panini(not pressed at all), but it came with just one slice of avocado and one little sundried tomato. There was no dressing/cheese/condiment, so it was pretty much just dried roast beef on bread. I can’t believe I paid money to receive this sad excuse of a sandwich. — French Fries: Likewise to the mozzarella sticks, not bad. Not great, but not bad. -«Sprite»: My boyfriend ordered a sprite. He did not receive a sprite, he received tonic water. Shame. –O.J.: Well they at least managed to give me the carton of orange juice that I ordered. Good Job? Overall, I paid $ 40 dollars for this meal and I will never ever do so again. I live in the neighborhood and every time I walk past here, a feeling of anger sweeps over me. Do not go here. Go to Daisy’s just a few blocks down!

I actually like this diner better than Daisy’s diner. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich from Daisy’s and it was horrible. I thought it was a fluke but I ordered again and the same thing. Yuck! I like Daisy’s for breakfast and 5th avenue diner I prefer for lunch or dinner. They have actually been doing better!

my midnight place when I have my extra late days at work. My only issue is that they don’t wear hair nets. I haven’t had an incident and i’d like to keep it that way.

I had the sausage and french toast, both were horrible. The sausage was deep fried and the French toast was soggy. The service was horrible as well.

First time here… Saw the mimosa special on the billboard outside $ 2.00 so we stoped in. Very spacious and clean environment. mimosa right not juiced down or sour. Bathroom is clean with an adjacent extra room. Kudos on that one!!! Waitress helpful and first time that someone suggested an upgrade that made sense. You never know in the food business. So far so good just waiting now. Worth the wait… Food fresh chicken salad platter. Nice place to stop in on a Sunday afternoon. You never

Well, they had waffle fries! That’s three stars right there. Service was slow but they kept my seltzer filled. Burger was just okay.

Standard diner: large portions, fair prices, a place for comfort food. Not a bad place to come for pancakes, eggs, bacon, and whatever else you are craving. Service here was friendly and attentive, and it was easy to get a table here on Sunday morning. I came here again a second time for dinner. I ordered the side of vegetables and chicken soup. I asked if the green beans were fresh and the server said everything here is fresh. When the beans came out, they were clearly straight from the can, just like my cafeteria days in elementary school. I guess this is what you’d expect at a diner? Don’t try to go for healthy here. Just stick with breakfast foods and/or other greasy foods.
