Steven is rock-​solid! He takes problems and turns them into solutions for the customer. We have used this location for years and will continue to do so; they stand behind their customers. Period.

Although i waited in line for 15 mins only to be told that i had to go to a «different» line, i am giving 5 Stars because of a guy named «Glen»!
He took the package i needed to get on a sunday rush hour, took all the info and promised to pack it up well enough when he had the time.
Not only did i get an email with all the info and receipt, he also gave me a quick call to update me that all was done and got out.

The most annoying Fedex Office ever. There’s only ONE desk for people who want to use their own laptops. Everyone else has to crawl under the desk to plugin their chargers. The same annoying people are there every day. A bald, stuttering dude who makes loud, obnoxious business calls. The same homeless dude who brings 10 bags with him. The workers seem annoyed all the time and are impatient when people need help. It’s always cold in there. ugh ugh ugh

I’m sorry to all the haters, but this FedEx is what dreams are made of especially when you’re in a bind and trying to create a wonderful Halloween costume and need to print and laminate some stuff on the day of Halloween.
Popped in on a Saturday morning, used one of the self service stations, printed what I needed, had a lovely staff member show me how to use the self laminating machine, laminated my stuff, and was on my way. Probably only spent 10 – 15 minutes all in all, so what more can you ask for? And it was cheaper than I would’ve guessed, though obviously if you had a lot of pages to laminate it might get pricey. Never had to wait once, and was always met with polite, helpful, friendly staff.

Just today as I went to make copies, my phone was stolen out of my bag. I had my bag in a tight corner near a door, where only employees are allowed. Someone came from behind and just took the it right out of my bag, when I asked the manager to check the security he said he checked and nothing, Then when police arrived they saw a man on the camera who had taken it. The manager obviously never even checked the tape — had he done it sooner I could have maybe found it. The police said it happens often at this location. It’s a VERY shady office and staff clearly could care less what goes on. Spend your money somewhere else, this place really does not deserve it and should go out of business. Every other time I have been here something bad has happened, but this was the worst.

The staff at this location deserve a gold medal. They deal with a lot of crap from people and handle it beautifully. Case in point, a man just walked in and instead of waiting in line like the rest of us, he demanded to see a manager because he «only had a small package to ship». They obliged and helped get him set up with tape to prepare his box. When he was done he shoved the package at the staff member kindly helping him and grunted, «Here.» Because karma is awesome, she noticed that his package label was for UPS not FedEx and sweetly told him she couldn’t accept it here. He swore and stormed out. It was fantastic.

This location lost a very large (30 inches) and very heavy (30lb) package of mine. Their answer when I called them (and got customer service to call them) was: «uh. yeah. that package was picked up Saturday.»

I mailed the package on Sunday. It is now Friday, so my package is somewhere at this location/​on the back of a truck, but no one is willing to do anything about it.
So thanks Fedex. Thanks alot.

Will never use their services again. Machines are always malfunctioning. Staff are hostile and uncooperative. Tried to print out something from my USB drive tonight and got an error message telling me to seek assistance. When I sought assistance, the staff member refused to listen to what I was trying to tell him, spent several minutes lecturing me, and told me the problem was with my file. I chose to leave and went to another business, used the same kind of machine to print out my file without a problem, took about 2 minutes. Staff should spend less time chastising their customers and more time on maintaining the equipment. Never again.

Not much to base a review on. I only come here for emergency printing when my printer is acting up. The line for pick up was long and people looked pissed! Probably wouldn’t come here to ship or pick up.

Could not recommend this place to anyone. Terribly slow customer service. 2 customers, 3 employees and somehow had to wait over 5 mins to dropoff a box and collect a receipt. People, just avoid.

Woefully understaffed despite the extensive services offered. Some agents are nice (Roxanne), making all the difference, but fedex is definitely chiselling on customer service

This FedEx is in a prime downtown Brooklyn location and you would they would respect that customers need speedy, friendly service. Apparently FedEx corporate never sent out that memo. Customers wait in long lines, only to deal with exasperated, lowly-​trained workers. Asst managers dont seem to know much more, and they certainly dont care more.
This place is a waste of your time. Search other nearby print shops like Remsen Graphics for the service you can count on.

Please trust me when I say this and avoid this location at all costs.
I came to this specific location because it was right off the train station, hence a convenient commute. I didn’t realize how unreliable and how poor the service was here.
I ordered a poster online the day prior, and was told to pick it up the following morning. If you were to do this, please check with the prices over the phone especially if you’re doing a custom order. It could be much more expensive than you initially anticipated.
That morning, I came to this location at 7AM with the intention to pick it up and go. Quick and easy, right? However, the manager did not show up at all that morning. Not sure of the reason at all. A worker had to call two other managers to come open the store. They gave me an estimated time of arrival of 20 minutes… but he showed up OVER AN HOUR LATER. Seriously? Please be honest with me next time… it may have changed my plan of action. At 8:45AM, I was finally able to pick it up and go after freezing in the cold for almost two hours.
Unreliable, irresponsible, and atrocious service. Just go to another Fedex please.

Every time I’m forced to come here because it’s my closest FedEx it’s a nightmare. The staff is incredibly slow and every time someone has a question or is trying get their attention, they literally don’t even acknowledge their presence. In short, go to another FedEx if you can

If I were to imagine what kind of hell murders n rapists deserve to b in. This place is a worse punishment than that. The service was terrible n rude. N the dude helping me apparently has ADD cus he can only help all the customers half way. I only needed to print 2 prints of a drawing n it took them 5 hours. If I’d ever want revenge on my worst enemy, I’d recommend this place

I went there today. Everyone in the store seemed busy. There were at least three copy/​printing machines, but none of them can be used. Even the machine were out of order, there is no sign or tag over it saying broken. So customers just kept getting in the store and kept adding new balance on their card. After waiting in different lines for different machines for over 15 minutes, I decided to leave there. No one working in the store had told me what was happening or helped me with my problems. You need a plan B when you consider using their service.

I always regret it after I have been to this FedEx.
Over the course of my career I have used over 50 FedExs around the US and a few in other countries. This is the worst FedEx I have ever used. There is no customer service and no sense of urgency at all.
This FedEx location should be turned over to the USPS — that might actually improve customer service and alacrity!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would.
I placed an online order to be shipped here. Was sent a tracking number and told to pick up the package by the 12÷18÷14.
Came here on 12÷17÷14 at around 4pm.
First, the lady at the counter had trouble finding my order. Then, we realized that my package had been shipped back to sender at 2pm because apparently I didn’t pick it up on time.
Out of frustration I said to her, «Does this make any sense to you? Why was I told to pick up my package by the 18^th only to come on the 17^th and have my package sent back this afternoon? You should have just told me to come on the 16^th then!»
To which one of the managers at the store replied, «It’s not FedEx’s fault. The sender should have specified which days to come.»
«What do I do now?» I ask
«Call the sender and have it sent back here.» He replies
Yeah right… I am NEVER coming back again!!!
Oh and if you are coming to ship something, there are about 6 – 7 workers in the store. It took 20 minutes for them to assist 4 customers.

Let’s talk about the Assistant Manager, Joel. I’m here right now, on a Sunday, and there’s a pretty big line. He sees there’s a huge line, and instead of helping out despite multiple requests, he refuses to.
FedEx: how do you employ this incompetent moron to work for your store?! Horrible customer service here. Horrible assistant manager Joel.
Joel! Stop being lazy and do your goddamn job.

What fresh hell is this? An abyss of printed misery. Not that I expected a FedEx store to be enjoyable — but it’s clear the staff hate working in this lavatory.
I waited in a motionless line for what seemed like a small lifetime, only to be apathetically greeted by a nameless print-​drone. I told him I was here to collect a print job I had uploaded online. He lethargically shuffled down the back, where I presume he raised a family. When he finally returned he started to serve another helpless customer. I waited. For another age. My despair obviously too much to ignore, another member of staff finally asked if I was being looked after. Probably not. She slumped down the back and — to my amazement — brought forth the coveted print job. Praise be! Still not sure what that first print-​drone actually did. Perhaps he didn’t like my hat.
If there’s a manager or supervisor on the premises, someone call their next of kin because they’re missing, presumed dead. I won’t be back, unless of course I am involved in some kind of Men in Black mind-​wipe scenario.
Take a walk down to Remsen Graphics a few doors down for your print needs. Friendly staff and no swirling vortex of pain above your head!
