my laptop kept freezing up and i didn’t know why but i needed it to be fixed fast. he explained to me that he not only removed the viruses i had (hence the freezing up part) but he installed a bunch of antivirus stuff and showed me how to use them.
considering im not tech savvy whatsoever, this guy really made me feel comfortable and he was so polite about any confusions i had AND all for a reasonable price! i would definitely go back and i recommend this place to anyone who’s having trouble with their computers or laptops.
