Truly awful. The dispatch quoted $ 85 for the appointment, and the technician shows up 40 minutes late, spends 20 minutes on my heating system, and flips a switch. They charge $ 270 and do not follow up with an invoice breakdown (did provide a paper receipt). The system is not fixed and I cannot get a hold of the company — e-​mails kicked back and phone calls disconnect after one ring. I’ve tried getting a hold of the driver either. He is ignoring my texts.
Needless to say, do not recommend this company to anyone. Ever.
