The empolyee there hates their job. In the morning (around 5am) when you buy coffee you say «good morning» they just stare at you. He got my order and placed the coffee next to the register where I had to lean over to get… he didn’t even bother handing it to me. I never had that kind of service before.
I left my house early today to buy some breakfast…510am and you can see the empolyee is still setting up. When you try to open the door it’s locked. He looked up and that was it. The signs says opens at 500am. At least put up a sign apologizing for the delay. Or make a hand gesture of how much longer its gonna take. Sigh…
I used to live near a DD… when I was in college, 24 hrs, and no matter the time of day the employees there are always pleasant.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is on my way to work I been buying coffee there for over 5 years now every morning but today I had very unpleasant experience as the girl who work on the register were extremely rude to me. She keep telling me that I have to swipe my card when I was paying with my DD card ON MY PHONE and after I told her for a second time that I’m not paying with credit card she said that she need to call her manager since she doesn’t know what I want from her. And it was not her first day on a job because I saw her before. There are three other places where I can go to buy coffee so I’m never going to these DD agan. Very disappointed

I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and it was extremely watery. I asked for them to make it again and was given an attitude with no apology. Also, as per usual they almost barely have donuts!!! Why call urselfs dunkin donuts. Won’t be returning to his location.

Service is always TERRIBLE. The cashiers here have nasty attitudes. The donuts are good. For those who didn’t know, all donuts are premade and they are heated up. The only reason I keep coming back is because I have a gift card and its conveniently next to the N train. I’ve tried the snack to go and the portion size is tiny. Also the grilled cheese had a werid taste to it. The iced tea tastes like water with a hint of tea and it was super sweet.

I love the dunkin donut ice caremel latte, but this dunkin donut always screw it up my order! It’s always way too sweet and when I tell them to fix my order they would give my an attitude.

FIRST OF ALL: there were Muffins in a muffin pan being kept on the floor. ON THE FLOOR. NEXT TO PEOPLE’S FEET.
I took a picture.
When the worker realized that I took a picture… SHE PUSHED THEM UNDER THE OVEN.
This is Brooklyn, people.
There are BUGS AND DUST under the oven.
So, your delicious corn and blueberry muffins… probably crawling with roaches, mouse poop and dust bunnies.
SECOND OF ALL: another employee was spraying bagels with something and then touching them with BARE HANDS. He DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS and was handling food with NO GLOVES. So, your delicious sesame and everything bagel is probably swimming in bacteria from this guy’s dirty hands (think, unwashed post-​urination hands).
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EAT OR DRINK HERE AGAIN.
YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I came here several times because it is conveniently located near the Bay Parkway N train station.
Donuts are good as usual. Drinks, whether it be iced tea or coffee, I am never pleased with it. Their coffee is too watered down and their iced tea just does not taste good even with the added sugar.
The staff are rude and have an attitude.
I never understood why Dunkin’ Donuts are so big but they cannot add more seats. This location is another example of that.
Not a particularly big fan of this location.

Well Dunkin Donuts is known for their donuts… hence the name of the company… Place located right next to the bay parkway N train… I came here a few times for breakfast… I’m not a big fan of there donuts… but I still get few stuff here once in a while just because its convent… For breakfast they sell things such as muffins… bagels…and other breakfast sandwiches… Quite tasty. but fatten… sighh…they have seating for you to eat… but it’s not at all like a restaurant… there’s window seatings… I usually seat there and watch people walk pass. I don’t like dunkin donuts too much… It’s nothing special from any other fresh baked donuts… beware of the lines… many people walking in and out… busy area!

Been coming here for the hot chocolate ever since in first opened. i got to say the hot chocolate doesn’t taste the same anymore, i feel they put more water then usually and it make it nasty. Their coffee is decent nothing special no complaints caffeine is caffeine haha.
The staffs are nice sometimes, in the morning their grumpy, in the afternoon time their excited (that’s what caffeine do to you haha) and by closing time their just rude.
donuts is good as always especially the holiday donuts yum.
3 Stars because where is the bathroom this is the only dunkin donut that dont have a bathroom. the service kinda suck.

I used to love coming to this Dunkin Donut. Until today…
I ordered a Extra Large Hot Coffee with milk and sugar and I asked for them to make it sweet. I ended with a coffee warm coffee with no sugar. I was so upset !
They change the workers they use to be so much better, The old workers were friendly & sweet and actually spoke clear english, but the new workers hardly spoke any english. I didn’t even understand when she asked if I wanted milk and sugar and they’re really rude ! I asked her to repeat what she said since I didn’t hear and she screamed at me HOW RUDE ! And they didn’t even give me a receipt either. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.

Great service, always courteous and they try and accommodate whatever weird requests you have for their coffee.
So glad this place is here, in lieu of all the Asian bakeries (which I love) but sometimes I just want a regular cup o’joe.
Why 3 stars? Well it is just a Dunkin Donuts. And they don’t have a restroom.
