As a drive thru person on my way to work, yeah this is a win. Not bad customer service. Little slow on the window. But nails my drinks every time.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to everything there isn’t fresh and the staff are all nasty and rude. They need to update this place ASAP

DONOTPARKINTHISDUNKINDONUTSPRIVATELOT. I parked the other day for coffee and restroom. There was no restroom, so I went across the street. When I returned 3 minutes later, my car was gone. This Dunkin Donuts seems to be in partnership with towing company. It took me over 4 hours and $ 140 to get my car back. It’s not worth the risk. PARKONTHESTREET.

How many Dunkin Donuts employees does it take to screw in a light bulb? 4. Don’t believe me? Visit this store. Worst. Ever.

The workers English is subpar… How can you properly serve me if you can’t speak. Idk why I keep going to any DD at all! WHYARETHEYSOEXPENSIVE? Why does cream cheese cost more than or just as much as a bagel I’m not eating it alone… I only like the chicken salad but for the price I can buy a whole chicken. I’ll stick to Starbucks; the prices are almost similar but I’ll get good service. This place’s only plus is a drivethru!

Most times I never have a problem here, service is fast and mostly reliable. On occasion they mess up my iced or hot coffee, but it’s usually 1 of 10 visits. The main reason I give it a three and not higher is because of the hours. They ditched the whole 24hrs thing a while back and close at 9pm. Sometimes I want that midnight coffee and have to go else where to get it.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in New York City. They absolutely nail my ice coffee every time — at other places, it’s always too sweet. Also, the chocolate chip muffins are always perfectly fresh, and the service is great. The people behind the counter are really nice. I’ll keep coming back.

It’s Dunkin! Don’t bitch about not getting good service. Just get your coffee and shut your mouth. Except when you want to drink your coffee. I love this place. They know me by name and start getting my coffee ready before I even get to the counter. The seating is minimal, but come ‘on, are you going to sit and bask in the flourescent glow of the Dunkin/Subway combo? Please.

There are some mornings when I don’t get my coffee fix near my place and on the way to work I’ll go to this DD for my coffee fix. I’m real particular about my coffee which is why prefer to make my own instead of the lovely DD people telling me my coffee is light even thought it’s blacker than my shoe. So it’s hit or miss sometimes … but b/c of my addiction I know I’ll be there again… maybe even tomorrow on my way to work… lol!

Ok this dude just robbed me I asked for 5 donuts and when I got home there were 4 in the bag and charged me $ 5. plus he could have told me there’s a 6 for $ 4 deal. I drove back and asked why he didn’t tell me they have 6 for $ 4 he said it was my fault for ordering 5 so disgusting I can’t believe that person touched my food yuck. Some people should stick to pumping my gas and not serving food ewwww

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The kitchen was really dirty and there was trash and food littered all over the floor behind the counter. I cant imagine this place could even pass a health sanitation inspection. I’ve eaten here twice and both times they were out of chips and potatoes. The steak tastes so gross and the rice is crunchy. Eww… I won’t be back again!

Not the best DD store around, to be honest it’s gotten worse over the past year or so. I feel like company cutbacks have caused this, or poor employment choices. Whatever it may be, if you can, go to the place on 9th Street and 5th avenue instead.

I go here for Taco Bell drive through — for some reason there are no TB’s in Beonsonhurst/Bath Beach anymore! They start serving at 11am and not a second before, i love everything they offer here. The people in the drive through are pretty accurate with the orders although they have heavy spanish accents, but they are friendly. I love the cheesy bean and rice burrito! The taco supreme is good too and not as fattening. Service is lightning quick.

I don’t know why this spot got low Stars. Listen, is a fast food joint and this convenient location in Gowanus Brooklyn, is as good as it gets. I always get my taco bell on in here. I always get treated nicely, and when they don’t have what I want, they make suggestions and make up for their bad. Or when they mess up my order, the manager hooks up with some freebies. There you go folks, I got nothing but love for this place, but here comes the con: 1. Please arrive before 8:30PM, since they tend to close at exactly 9PM. Overall this Taco Bell is all good in the ‘hood!

By far the very worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It says dunkin, this is not a dunkin, the only reason I ever go here is Taco Bell. 1– They are always out of something. Monday they were out of BEEF. BEEF??? YOUARETACOBELL. 80% of the stuff you serve comes with beef. 2– They never understand what I want. English is not their first language. I won’t hate on that, but you should know how to deal with the customers, and at the least, have beef. 3– It takes forever. 4– It is always the biggest let down ever. After we were told they didnt have beef, we sadly assumed to getting chicken. Everything was under-stuffed, and there was no tomatoes on the tacos. Like, really!!!

2.5STARS More expensive than the DD on 5th Ave. &9th St. And probably some of the slowest service ever. So why don’t I walk up to the 5th Ave. location? Or go somewhere else for better bagels? Because it was morning. I was still in my PJs. I’m a little lazy on Sunday mornings(or easy like them).

The nickname I use on this here site comes, as a matter of fact, from this Taco Bell. It also comes from my love of Taco Bell Burritos(Supreme!) and my inability to handle liquor without turning into the funniest person I’ve ever met. A couple of Halloweens ago, I was in Brooklyn at a party and got pretty good and hammered. Fortunately, I had some good friends who insisted I sleep on their couch(they lived down the hill) instead of trying to navigate the subways back up to the Upper West Side, ending up covered in a pile of my own vomit* somewhere in the Bronx. As it turns out, they live near this Taco Bell(which I now also live near) so all the way down the hill(about a 15 minute walk sober, 30 in my condition), I kept screaming out«DANNYWANTS A BURRITOSUPREME!”** and, for whatever reason, this was the funniest thing I’d ever said out loud. I think, at one point, I was jumping up and down I was laughing so hard. Anyway, short story long, they don’t serve Taco Bell food late at night, only donuts. And you’ve got to walk through the drive through. I can’t even pull that off sober, let alone trashed out of my mind. * — Attractive, no? ** — Danny only talks in the third person on Facebook and when Danny’s really drunk.

You would figure a place that marriages my love for DD’s coffee and Taco Bell would be a godsend, especially since it’s two blocks away but oddly enough, the place generally leaves bad memories in my mind. From seeing roaches in the store to having people have no idea how to make any of my Taco Bell orders, it’s just an odd vibe there. Then again, any place that sells donuts, pizza and tacos probably should be a bit weird. When I still had my car, I always stopped by before getting on the bridge and oddly enough the drive through service was a lot better than being inside. Everyone who works there generally seems a bit dead eyed and out of it. I mean, the place serves coffee, you would expect people to be a bit more«with it,» but I can see where they are coming from! I’ve just had one too many bad scenarios in there that I always walk in expecting some headache.

Dunkin Donuts on 3rd Ave: you’re closer to me than the Dunkin on 9th Street, but why is your large coffee 15 cents more expensive? What’s that? You’re also a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut? And you have drive-thru? And a crappy little chain-link fence to tie up my dog? Okay, I see your logic… but you’re not getting another star until you’re as consistent with the cream and sugar as the others.
