Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Asked for a bagel with tuna and asked them to cut it in half. They gave me the bagel and told me they can’t cut in half because they don’t have a knife. Then when I showed her the knife in their kitchen she tells me she can’t cut with that knife. Then she tells they are supper busy in the morning and don’t have time to cut the bagel. The manager had time to argue with me telling me they don’t have time to cut. Then she offered me a plastic knife and tells me I can cut it myself in my $ 50000 car. Yes I can’t wait to have crumbs in my car. Then she grabs my receipt and gives me a refund but keeps my receipt after I tell her I need it. Worst waste of time energy and money. They need to hire normal people in these places. Even the workers were shocked with the way the manager was behaving herself. Never coming back here again.

So I was in here this afternoon with my aunt as I usually am when I come in here since she lives nearby. We ordered hazelnut coffee(medium for her, large for me) and I also ordered a corn muffin while she ordered a veggie egg white flatbread. We were asked how we wanted our coffee. The coffee was served first then my corn muffin. Her flatbread sandwich came last. The coffee was hot and had enough hazelnut flavor. The corn muffin was fresh. When her flatbread sandwich was ready the order taker let us know.

Dropped in just for a Iced Hazelnut Coffee. I took a sip and taste no hazelnut. I asked the worker if she can add more hazelnut and she gives a snarky remark«I put a lot in there already! You need to add sugar!» So rude and incompetent. I paid for something I didn’t want and experience bad customer service. Never coming back to this location.

LINEISSOLONG! The employees are idiots and the ordering/payment set up if you want Ice Cream is ridiculous. The ice cream has freezer burn and tastes like a musty refrigerator. Lowest of the usually low quality of a DD. So pissed, the ice cream was so disgusting that i threw the whole thing out after like 10 attempts to eat it. Ruined my day tbh.

Hey, look, a Dunkin Donuts. It’s convenient to the comic warehouse I occasionally go to for sales, so me likey. Whenever I go in on the weekends of the sales, I rarely have to wait in line, so me really likey.

Yadda Yadda there’s nothing that sets this DD apart from any of the others except for the gigantic cup you can see from the BQE Service is passable, food is prepared well… no complaints but no gushing either

Granted most of the time I prefer to grind up the many varieties of coffee I have at home, but once in awhile I’ll do coffee on the outside, and Dunkin Donuts is(admittedly) one of my favorites(though it still doesn’t compare to fresh brewed home-style coffee). This particular DD location is only a hop skip(and perhaps a jump) away from where I live… so heart-warmingly convenient. It also happens to be the biggest DD store I’ve ever been to, with an equally colossal DD cup perched onto the roof [see photos], which you can clearly see while driving on the BQE(not far from the 39th St exit too). What I’m particularly fond of is the fact that even on the weekends this location is never too busy, and it’s definitely much cleaner than any other DD, from my experience at least. Oh yeah, it also has a drive thru!
