Not the best Dunkin Donuts in my area but if I need a coffee or I’m craving a donut I stop by. The staff messes up my order almost every time. They are also very veryyy slow with taking people’s orders. Anytime I ask for No Whipped Cream I get charged and I’m given Extra Whipped Cream. I just don’t get it! Donuts are normally stale and not the best selection so I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone. If you are in need or going to it then I guess you can but if you have the option to go to the one on 18AV and Coney Island I would say to go there.

the place was ok, then i noticed some homeless guy starting a fight with everyone working there. the workers played it cool but then they turned there heads for a second then the homeless guy grabbed a coffee flavor container from behind the counter that must have been at least 5 pounds and ran out the door! pretty ghetto experience just trying to get a coffee! gotta love newyork!

They have coffee! I live a few blocks over where all that’s available to me is crappy bodega coffee. I sometimes go out of my way to come to this DD. The service is usually quick and efficient and the location AT the train station can’t be beat. I once went there on a Sunday and sat around like an old lady, watching people come and go from church and the like. Hardly an «artisanal» whatever but certainly more community than other places in the neighborhood.

Unbelievable. Just left this place. Said I would never return here but it’s 5 in the morning and I need my coffee. SAME thing happens! What is wrong with these people?!

Fatha rocks this place. When he’s not in the store — place falls to pieces. Food is fine when you’re desperate and in the mood to feel a lot of shame. Long live Fatha!

For if they were not the only Dunkin donuts close enough I would not revisit. Seems as though the staff has a hard time listening. When it comes to orders, if you order a meal they tend to charge you separately which cost more or better yet they will charge you a completely different and of course pricier item. I constantly go back and forth on my orders most days I just go without or wait to go to a different location.

Yo they put their munchkins in these lil cups that are for coffee drinks and they sell that stuff. People be like munchkinssss like zombies. Or so I would imagine because they are RIGHTTHERE at the checkout line for IMPULSEBUYS. The manager here should be given some sort of meaningless plaque by the corporation for that lil moneymaker. The manager should also be given demerits(but like real ones where if you get too many might cause you to be kidnapped and blindfolded and helicoptered to a remote island and hunted for sport by the corporation CEOs and chief blank officers) for hiring people who awkwardly try to hand my bag of one everything bagel and then snatch it back because they didn’t think it was me who ordered it 30 seconds ago. It was like 6:45 am tho.

Located on the Newkirk Plaza near the B/Q train station, the people who work in this Dunkin’ Donuts are friendly but not fast, due in part to understaffing. The food is standard Dunkin’ Donuts food… stick to the bagels, donuts and coffee. avoid the egg and meat breakfast sandwiches and if you like DD coffee, and I do, you will like the coffee(logic 101?). Also I recommend the croissant lunch sandwiches and using the rewards care to earn free drinks and mobile phone offers. Another plus is that they keep their little place clean but I don’t think there is a public bathroom. A good stop if you are early for the train in the morning — but not if you are in a hurry! Unfortunately the owner has cut out the senior discount which is unfair to seniors who waited so long to become old!
