Dunkin’ Donuts

They leave out items from their combos way too frequently. My caramel latte came back lukewarm!!! smh! Sausage was left out of requested Egg white wrap. These mistakes need to be corrected and embedded for their customers to have a more exceptional #local #donut and #coffee experience

Why does the doughnut store have no doughnuts? I get the blank stare from the clerk, I ask do you have any doughnuts? His response «not today.»

I like this Dunkin Donuts for several reasons. First of all it has a bathroom. Most Dunkin Donuts don’t. Second it has a nice outside seating area. This is a great place to sit and relax and chat. You don’t feel like you have to rush (some Dunkin Donuts have an inside sitting time limit of 15 to 30 minutes). Sometimes the staff doesn’t seem too bright and a little slow but overall they never mess up my order and they are usually polite and helpful so.
Reason I don’t like this Dunkin Donuts when you do sit inside which I did tonight for the first time you might have this experience. Man was screaming about wanting to beat someone up. He was cursing and screaming. The staff did nothing and just ignored him as this crazy guy continued and went on screaming in the restaurant how he was going to beat up some guy down the block. Something I don’t need to listen to while drinking coffee. Plus it didn’t make me feel too safe.

This dunkin donuts is terrible. …needs a big upgrade on the staff… they are very slow and I always have a problem with my ice coffee and the line is always long… no stars for me… rather go to the corner store. …

A pretty normal Dunks, iced coffee is good as always. Try the hash Browns! The lines can be long though — so don’t be in a rush!

Decided to try a Mocha Latte today and they did not disappoint. It was cold, refreshing and delicious. Especially on such a hot day like today. I will be getting this more often.

Now that I have moved out of Brooklyn, I never have to go here again and can give it only 1 star. I wasn’t surprised to see that other reviewers also complained about the bums hanging out and sexually harassing female customers. This place definitely only remains in business because
1– it’s directly outside of the 3 train at Nostrand, so when people walk down and see there is a 20 minute wait for the train, they can walk back up to get a beverage/​snack for their wait
2– it’s the only DD in the area

I visited the dunkin donuts at 542 eastern parkway at 9 pm on February 2, 2015, and I used the restroom prior to ordering my coffee. I am glad that I used the restroom prior to ordering, because what I saw in the restroom disgusted me and caused me to leave without making a purchase. There was a pile of human feces in the sink of the bathroom. It was the most unsanitary and disgusting thing I have ever seen, and it will be difficult for me to ever visit another dunkin donuts location in the future. The staff seemed indifferent, and on top of thepile of feces in the sink, there was dried urine everywhere, on the toilet, on the floor, I did not even want to touch the door to get back out of the bathroom. Completely disgusting. I have a photos to prove this, but it does not seem there is a way to upload it. Dunkin donuts should be ashamed.

Let me say that first off, back where I’m from in New England, Dunkin Donuts are on every corner and they almost always make your drink/​food exactly the way you want it. Dunkin Donuts are the Starbucks of New England.
I have a lot of problems with this Dunkin Donuts. I want to say, first, however, that I’ve never gotten an attitude from any of the employees, and they always seem happy to see people that take the time to great them, look them in the eye, etc. However, every single time (not an exaggeration) my drink has been made wrong. For example:
I ordered the vanilla swirl (not the sugar free flavor), and they gave me the flavor when I specifically asked for the swirl. I asked beforehand if they had it, the cashier said yes they had it, and then when I got my drink, another worker said that they didn’t so I had to have the sugar free flavor. …why advertise something you don’t even have, and then tell the customer that you had it? And the same thing for almond milk — advertised on the windows and inside, and yet they didn’t have it until very recently.
And not only that, but sometimes I wait twenty minutes when there’s only two people in front of me in line. I know the workers are trying their best, but it’s really hard when my drink is never right.
And yes, there are lots of homeless people heckling for money or food in and around this location — I don’t understand why management isn’t doing anything about it, especially when the homeless people HARASS the customers — sexually, abusive, or otherwise. And sometimes, customers can get so rude that they also become violent. All in all, it’s not a nice environment, yet I feel really bad saying that I’m not a fan of this place.

Crowded in the morning but one of the few places you can sit outside and watch the interesting people that pass on eastern parkway.
Please learn how to use DD rewards card. It’s frustrating to go there and be told that you can’t get your free medium drink on your birthday.

I’ve been here three or four times and I’ve never had any issues with customer service. Then again, I’m pretty easy to please. I usually get a sandwich and a black coffee and I’m in and out in no time. I enjoy that it’s right off the Nostrand stop so I can usually take the train there from my stop, hop out and order, and be back to catch the next train (roughly 6 minutes). They also have patio seating.

Horrible service. Workers all had bad attitudes. Couldn’t get a bacon egg and cheese correct and when was approached about the situation cashier had an even bigger attitude… well not be going back here

I have never liked this Dunkin Donuts. The employees are rude, unfriendly and they are always rushing you out. I’ve had many problems due to the language barrier and they do not grasp the concept of «light milk and no sugar»!!!
Not to mention — this location always has homeless people sleeping inside at their tables.
I wish I could give this location NO STARS.
You’re better off walking 1 block North to Lincoln & Nostrand for a GOOD coffee, sans the rude employees, and a fresh bagel at LULA BAGEL.

This is the closest place to grab coffee near my apartment and I might just start walking farther from now on. The workers are always nice and my coffee is always good but the last three times I’ve been in here I’ve been verbally harassed by some creep that’s just hanging out. Last time there was a man sitting at the table closest to the cash register making sexually explicit comments to EVERY woman that went through the line. Not okay and the coffee isn’t good enough to deal with the creeps.

I don’t like that the teens and preteens swarm about this place being very loud and well teenagers, but I am in love with the Dunkaccino!
Ava E. introduced this tasty lil addiction to me one day after a trip to Dough and I have been hooked.
It does not help that I have to pass this place dropping off and picking up my daughter from school, everyday… that is a lot of Dunkaccino’s.
They are clean and the service is a-​ok in my book.
I do not eat their donuts or eat their foods so I can’t review that, but if the way my child inhales the vanilla frosted is any indication, then it is good!

The can’t even get an egg and sausage order right, they suck.

In terms of food selection this is kind of a stinky Dunkin, in that they never ever have biscuits and even in the morning their bagels are stale-​ish. But this is the one of the only Dunkin’s I’ve ever seen with outdoor space and the only place I know of to sit on Eastern Parkway and have a coffee. The large outdoor patio is often in use in at all pleasant weather.
